Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put parchment paper on baking sheets. Use a bowl that can go in the microwave and melt the butter and chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring between each one. Do this until the mixture is smooth. Allow it to cool a bit. Add the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix it in until it's smooth. Mix the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and flour in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the chopped pecans and mix them in. Drop spoonfuls or cookie scoops of dough onto the baking sheets that have been prepared. Put it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middle is still a little soft. Melt the heavy cream and caramel candies in a bowl that can go in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth. Do this while the cookies are baking. After taking the cookies out of the oven, use the back of a spoon to make a small hole in the middle of each one. Place a small amount of caramel into each hole. Add a little flaky sea salt to the caramel on each cookie. For a few minutes, let the cookies cool on the baking sheets. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients: 6 slices of bread preferably whole grain. 100g smoked salmon, sliced thinly. 100g cream cheese. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tbsp capers optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up. Cut the bread slices into circles with a round cookie cutter or the edge of a glass. Each circle of bread should be pressed into the cups of a mini muffin tin to make a tartlet shell. The tartlet shells should be baked in a hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and crisp. Put the cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Take the tart shells out of the oven and let them cool down a bit when they are done. Put a little of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of each tartlet shell. On top of every tart, put a slice of smoked salmon. Add capers as a garnish if you want. Serve the smoked salmon bread tartlets right away, and if you want, top them with extra dill leaves.
