Forgive me because i haven’t read ALL of the lore posts, but are all of the foxes foxes in the shifter fic, and if not what are they all?? Are the twins the same?

I actually haven’t done a lore drop on the Foxes yet, so you are all good! I haven’t sorted out the whole team yet, since I’m still not sure they’ll be appearing in the fic, but I know a few things!

Neil is actually the only one who is a fox; he is a classic red fox, for reasons that should be very obvious based both on physical traits and symbolism. I mean, this man could not BE more foxlike. 🤣 Hence why I love him.

The Twinyards are the same animal, and that is the black-footed cat, aka the teeniest, cutest, deadliest baby. Aside from the fact that this is purely to amuse me with the comparison, they do both have a lot of feline behavioral characteristics, and are definitely predators.

Wymack is actually a rook, which is another member of the corvid family and helps keep Kevin’s cover. They are social birds most often seen in groups, and can be a symbol of new beginnings.

The others are still up in the air right now, but I may sort them out just for funsies! Thanks for the ask! 💖
