I found a “researcher” that was near a stone statue and he said that they all point to the same direction. He then revealed himself as part of the Yiga Clan, but he was easy enough to get rid of. I then came across a Yiga Encampment. I snuck in and killed one of the guards, then read their notebook and it just talked about safety in using zonai devices. I then took out the other guard and unlocked the treasure room and got a Large Crystallized Charge and a Yiga Schematic for a Monocycle. Cool.

I went to another part of the map that I hadn’t gone to and found the Great Plateau West Chasm and this one I went down it and found the Hylia Canyon Mine. It was a big place and I got to ride around in a cart, which is fun. I continued looking around the Depths and came across the Secret Spring of Revival. I went back to the mine and found the treasure chest which had a Large Crystallized Charge. Then I moved on and followed the path where I had put a mark down on my map to the Kogoir Lightroot. From there, I went to another and lit up the Mu-Ustust Lightroot and dispelled more of the darkness.

I found the Great Plateau North Chasm and I hadn’t explored the depths underneath yet, so I went down and explored around and found the Nogukouk Lightroot where I activated it and revealed the surrounding area. There was a lot I had uncovered including the Grove of Spirits that led to the Floating Coliseum. There was a White-Maned Lynel in there though, no thank you. I explored around a bit I went back to the surface. I ran into some Gloom Hands and just hid in a tree until it went away. I then went looking for shrines I missed and found a small lake with a suspicious rock on a little island and it had a Korok under it and it gave me my 193rd seed (266 total). I continued exploring and found the Great Plateau South Chasm but I didn’t go inside.

House Flipper Job #34: You need to remove the bushes
The next email was from someone named Ethan who had used herbicide on the weeds and accidently killed his bushes. So they needed to be taken out as well as put in new grass and mow the lawn. I got a new tool of a bush cutter that I could use to mow the grass and it was easy enough to mow the small area. Then I took out the dead plants and rolled in some new grass. Once I did that, I checked around the rest of the house for any place I missed mowing and completed the job. I made $1,262.24.

After the Yiga Clan members took off, Penn showed up and I told him what I found out about the woman. He was surprised to hear that it was all a trap by the Yiga Clan. He also thought it was funny that they thought I was the real swordsman and thought it was just bad luck. He was proud of me though since it looks like I had some skill. He then gave me gave me a reward of a Silver Rupee and a Red Rupee as a bonus. He then took off to go write his article. Side Adventures – The Beckoning Woman (complete).

I glided across the cliff and landed on the Great Plateau and spoke to Ralera. And I was right, it was a trap, she was testing me and signaled me out, just like the other guy by the stable because Link is blond. And since I passed all her tests, she knew exactly who I was and revealed her true self – a Yiga Clan member. I knew it. There were two of them that showed up and I had to fight them. They weren’t hard and they took off once I beat them.

I went back to the main road and found Ralera again who told me that her friend was hiding out of sight and asked if I could get to the top of a cliff. She would meet me further out…where is she leading me? I continued on and found a dandelion on a broken arch and I had to catch it to make a Korok appear and it gave me my 192nd seed (265 total). I made it up the cliff and found Ralera yet again, but she again had be go further. She said her friend was on the debris on the opposite cliff it was a little far, but she was sure I could make it.

I was near a coliseum and I could see down and see a Gleeok, but those things are scary, so I kept going. Up on another mountain I found a Goron who had created a new game where I had to build something to hit the bell at the top of a tower as a test of strength. I used the materials to just connect a boulder and a rocked to shoot it up to hit the bell and I got an opal. Not bad.

House Flipper Job #33: A bit of gravel and a couple of bushes
There was a sale on Steam and the DLCs had a good price, so I ended up buying the rest of them. Now I have access to the Garden, Pets, and Farm DLCs. I planned on doing them one at a time, starting with the jobs that were in my Inbox from the Garden DLC. The first one I did was from Eveline Hawes who wanted to put some gravel in his garden and take out the weeds., I now had some new tools, I got a shovel so I could plant things, a water hose to water plants, fill containers, and clean the outside of houses. I was at a nice-looking house but I couldn’t go inside. I just needed to take care of the garden. So I covered the grass areas with gravel and then I got to plant some tall little trees. Very easy. I completed the job and made $2,524.47

On a cliff close by the Outskirts Stable I found a korok that needed to be reunited with his friend. It was up on a cliff that was nearby, but looked a little difficult to get to. There was no materials to build a ramp so I just picked it up with Ultra Hand and started walking to find a way up. On the way, I found some statues with empty baskets, so I put some apples in it and made a different Korok appear. It gave me my 189th seed (262 total). I continued walking on and found a woman, Ralera, who was worried about her friend and when she saw me, she muttered to herself that I had blond hair, then said that her regal friend’s life was in danger and she asked for my help. This was the girl from the quest and it was obviously a trap, but I agreed to help. She was going to go ahead and meet her further up. But first, I found some materials and used a balloon, fire emitter, fan and rocket to use to get the Korok I had been carrying around up the side of the mountain and finally get it to its friend. They gave me 2 more korok seeds and now I have 191 (264 total).

I found some Gerudo standing by a tree and listened in on them talking about finding a voe. They had heard about the Hero and that he would be a good choice of voe, and one of them just wanted to beat them up. Lol They weren’t sure how to find him though, but also heard that they would have a legendary sword and maybe be even taller than them…yeah, no. Sorry girls, Link so short.

By the horses was an old man, Toffa, who told me about the horses that were here from Gerudo Canyon since they couldn’t stand the heat there. He then asked if I had ever seen skeletal horses and that I could see some in the Sanidin Park Ruins at night. He wanted to meet a skeleton horse someday, but it’s probably just a rumor. Side Quests – The Horse Guard’s Request. Well, I know where a skeleton horse is, I will just have to go and get one. I went inside the stable and took a look at the empty frame and the owner said he wanted to paint a picture of Satori Mountain, but he couldn’t go out and leave the stable unattended. But if he had a picture… Side Quests – A Picture For Outskirt Stable.

I found the Stable Trotters here at the Outskirts Stable and Mastro said that two of their band had come back. Then he told me about the Great Fairy Kaysa that was nearby. She was hiding in her bud and refused to come out. She used to enjoy Pyper play his flute, so it would probably cheer her up, but he wasn’t here. But rumors coming from Highland Stable told of hearing a flute nearby. Side Adventures – Serenade to Kaysa. Another clue that I had to go back to Highland Stable. I’ll get there eventually.

Sunset Bay Job #10: Azure Shore
The last job here in Sunset Bay was one by the beach that had been abandoned for a while and needed to be renovated. The outside was filthy and I had to clean it up, the inside was even worse. The whole inside was covered in dirt. The house inside was small with a large living room and a back room on the first floor and on the second was a loft area and a bathroom. I cleaned up the dirt and started in the back room and had my first decision to either turn it into a kitchen or bedroom. I chose to make it into a bedroom and decorated it in the way they wanted. I then moved back into the main room and kept cleaning and found a cockroach nest to take care of, yuck! I then decorated the rest of the room. On the right was a kitchen and dining area. Up the stairs, I tore down the wall to make a big bedroom and in the bathroom, I had the option for either a bathtub or a shower. I chose a shower and decorated it with the appropriate sink and toilet. I then completed the job and made $16,829.82.

I decided to do all the stable quests, so I started going to each one to make sure I didn’t miss anything and ended up near the Outskirt Stable and explored around and found a hanging acorn in some stacked tree trunks. I shot an arrow at it to make a Korok appear and it gave my 188th seed (261 total). I headed back toward the Outskirt Stable and found Penn talking to a man named Nell who was telling him about a woman he had seen just up the road who needed help because her friend was in trouble. But when he followed her he lost track of her. Penn said that it was suspicious that the woman couldn’t tell us about the identity of her friend and wondered if they could be someone important. He wanted me to go check it out. Side Adventures – The Beckoning Woman.

I had spotted a shrine up on a cliff overlooking the Mini Stable heading to Gerudo Canyon so I made my way up to it and it was the Tsutsu-Um Shrine: The Stakes Guide You. I had to get some balls into the targets to open the doors. I think I had to use the stakes to make it fall in but I just jumped across the gap and put it in. I pretty much did the same for the second part. Then I could get my 25th Light of Blessing. I then decided to go find other shrines across the map before heading to the final area; the Gerudo region, and also to complete some of the side quests I had piling up. So I warped close to the Outskirt Stable and apparently, I hadn’t been there yet. The Stable Trotters were there and one of the stable workers said that Pyper wasn’t here but that Pyper and her sister were close so maybe he followed her to Highland Stable…I guess I have to go there.

I went back a bit and found the Mini Stable and the owner said that they used to have a stable in the canyon but since the upheaval happened the weather has been all over the place and the horses hate it. Plus, he wasn’t getting any business since it was so hot. So he decided to move out here, now that I was here, I was on the stable-member list and got a pony point. I went exploring around and found a tree across from the bridge and found a rock in a tree with a Korok hiding under it. It gave me my 187th seed (260 total). I then found some bananas in the middle of the road and a Yiga Clan member popped out and I had to fight them.
