With only 1 month until Artfight, I'm getting back on the ref sheet grind.

Compared to the other OCs I post about, Loku is... Pretty old. She's like, 2017 or 2018? I can't remember tbh. But I feel bad for neglecting her and her girlfriend, Levia. I really do love them; my mindis just occupied with other stuff most of the time.

Unfortunately, I probably won't do a ref sheet of Levia before AF starts so they can match; I'm prioritizing characters I already have uploaded on there and with my work speed, I doubt I'll be able to finish everyone in time.

Another Hibiki drawing. I've been a bit obsessed with him lately since I introduced him to a RP server. He hasn't done much... Yet, but I'm so excited to play him and watch his story play out.

I did this in a mobile app called Sketchbook. I knew doing this drawing was gonna be a massive pain in the ass since I'm so used to drawing with a drawing tablet, but I wasn't anticipating how it would be a pain. I was expecting sketching, flat colors, just getting the general shape down to be the hardest part, but it turned out rendering was the biggest pain of all. So many of the brushes either had weird properties (Ex. A weird, unremovable border around their strokes) to them or just flat out wouldn't work in some cases (Mainly when I tried applying a light color to a darker part of the canvas). It may not have some of the paywalled bullshit other drawing apps have, but man is it frustrating to use.

8 years ago, my mom gave me a drawing challenge: Make my own Pokemon. I thought it was a fun idea, so I went ahead and did just that, and that brought birth to my first two Fakemon, Oark and Cornusnarl.

8 years later, I decided to redesign them, staring with Cornusnarl (Right), and then Oark (Left). I have plans for these two, but I'm still in the middle of fleshing them out.

Hi, it's been a while (Or at least it feels like it's been a while). Have another Cookie Run OC.

Red Licorice Cookie is a traveler adventuring throughout Beast Yeast. She used to be a street performer, but now she's traveling to seek out the Beasts in hopes of redeeming them. She's a very sociable and charismatic Cookie known for being supportive and reliable by others, but she has a savior complex that's caused more than a few problems. Will she be able to tame someone as wild as a Beast?

Not related to Licorice Cookie. Would be a support Cookie if she was in-game.

This has been a long time coming. I should've done this earlier, but I was just so focused on other OCs and whatnot that I never got around to it. But now that has changed, and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulder.

Now, if I can bring myself to do a render of her + a new icon....

Continuing the ref sheet barrage with a ref of my Pokemon trainer sona!

I want to thank my friends in @/theluigiguy's Discord server for helping out with Nyx's proportions. She was always supposed to be chubby, but I have not been doing a very good job at portraying that. With some advice and guides posted by them, however, I was able to at least remedy that issue. Will I make a new/edit her current render? Probably not, at least not yet. Making ref sheets for AF is my current priority, so I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to work on a new/edited render if I decide to do it.

Also I don't think I'm gonna make refs for Nix and Deo.

The ref sheet grind continues. I've finally managed to finalize Hibiki's design. Will it change in the future? Always a possibility, but I don't see it happening personally.

This is probably the first ref sheet I've made in a while where I don't have any major problems with how it turned out. The turnaround was too small on Taiperox's, Syr's lineart was hard to see with the background, etc. I think I could've made the skull charms on his gloves a little bigger, but I overall like how this turned out. Am I going to remake my previous reference sheets to fit this one's style? Probably not for a while unless a design changes; right now I'm focused on getting as many out before The Big Event tm.

Getting back on that ref sheet grind. Artf/ght may not be for another few months, but I don't wanna try and cram in a bunch right before it starts for the sake of my sanity. I'm mainly saying this so y'all aren't surprised if I post nothing but ref sheets for the next few months.

Legacy info + bonus art from 2019:

Before I decided to give her up, her name was Willow. I did write some information on her down, but it's been long deleted and I don't remember much of it. What I can remember is that the diamond in her chest is made of obsidian and absorbs the life force of either humans or other living beings, I can't remember. She may have also had an older, overprotective brother who gave her the chest diamond in the first place.

Anyways, that's all I remember. Here's the old ass art. I don't think I ever posted it here.

I don't normally go back and fix my art after posting, but I realized there were some areas I forgot to add lighting to (Plus an area where there shouldn't be lighting) and it was haunting me greatly. Here's a quick fix of this. Please reblog this version if you decide to do so.
