Village portrait. Series (3/6) Visual story telling This is the famous Aldona Pav bakery. Here the baker works from night 11pm up-to early morning 3am. He waits for the bread (Pav) dough to ferment, then he makes it into small round shape and keeps it in fire for this round dough to bake. Pav is ready and hot. Early morning the baker sells the Pav to various shops in his village.
