🫧 every manifestation technique & when / why to use it 🫧

this post is going to focus on law of assumption techniques. since there are a lot out there, I figured creating this post will help in knowing which techniques suit u and for what situations to use.
btw, you can find my routine for manifesting here. now, let's begin!
🫧 building ur self concept (sc)
creating a new identity or theme around yourself where you know you are powerful, limitless, and worthy of all your desires.
this is more of a framework than a technique since it relies on different techniques, such as affirming and journaling to acheive it.
I think it is worth mentioning improving your sc cos I believe that it is the foundation of powerful manifesting, yeah some might say "you don't need a high self concept to manifest" & I am not here to disagree w u but consider this: u believing that ur sc doesn't matter is literally part of you sc so u are essentially affirming for sc every time you say that
"you don't need a high sc to manifest" is equivelant to "I am enough as I am" and "I deserve everything I want, just because," which are sc affirmations.
🪷 use this if you wanna
work through your limiting beliefs
instead of having to affirm for sp, friends, family, etc. all the time, why not fix your self concept around love and step into your worth once and for all?
become an automatic manifestor of good things
think of successful people who've never heard of loa, how did they do it? they built an amazing sc about themselves. that is what we call confidence or charisma.
become happier, more confident, and stable/at peace
also, improving one's self concept is a foundation of therapy, coaching, and other non-loa disciplines that are concerned with improving one's life
🫧 affirming & affirmation tapes
repeating postive statements through thinking them, saying them (affirming), or hearing them (tapes). could be done with focus / feelings (focused affriming) or without (robotic affirming).
🪷 use this if you wanna
focus on a specfic desire & aligning to it
sc is general & that's great, but affirming is better if you wanna be specific
reprogram both the conscious and the subconscious
this method helps reprogram the subconscious through repetition but also your conscious through discipline and observing your thoughts meticulously
regulate your nervous system + be reminded that you already have it
I will talk more about regulation later, but affirmations can help you when you are feeling anxious or doubt since they divert your focus and serve as a good reminder of that which is true.
use an effortless way to manifest
affirmations are the easiest method to try because you can do it anywhere, anytime, and anyone can use them (if you have trouble visualising)
🫧 mirror work
basically you face a mirror and speak your affrimations, typically done around topics such as self worth/love
can be done using a timer or a pre prepared script or for however long you want
🪷 use this if you wanna
build your relationship with yourself
mirror work is one of the most effective ways to build your foundation of self love. it will help you get used to how you look, your smile. & it will also build your confidence
speaking the affirmations while facing yourself creates a deep connection with yourself and the words you speak. I really can't reccomend it enough cos each session will have you feeling more loved, limitless, & grateful
work on your self concept
since mirror work deals with self love & confidence topics, it really helps build your self concept.
and ofc you can speak your desires affirmations when doing mirror work, but even that feels different. it will feel like speaking worth and confidence into yourself, which ultimately builds your self concept! (esp. in that specific area of manifesting, for example money, love, beauty, etc.)
feel your affirmations
you don't have to feel them real, but it does make things easier/faster. speaking to the mirror helps the affirmations actually reach you + makes them feel personal
🫧 subliminals
they are affirmations layered over another sound so they become inaudible & pass right through to your subconscious mind
🪷 use this if you wanna
have 'unrealistic' & fast results
since this technique deals with your subconscious mind which readily accepts whatever it is given, the results are much faster & mindblowing
listen to affirmations but can't or don't want to
so if you're busy with life and can't find the time to affirm or if you wanna multi-task (practice loa + work), you can use subliminals since you can play them in the background whil living your life
you will also find that they work as an excellent manifesting tool as they don't require effort, focus, or intent for them to work
saturate your mind with mulitple topics
this is one of the techniques to use if you have mulitple things you wanna manifest but wanna affirm for all of them since you can listen to as many subliminals as you want
+ a single, very short subliminal can list out numerous benefits since it also utilises layering and speeding up the affirmation to allow for more repetition to occur
🫧 scripting
basically, repeatedly journaling about what you wanna experience as if it already manifested
🪷 use this if you wanna
visualise but prefer thinking in words
I use both visualistation & scripting. both have their perks. sometimes scripting helps me soak myself into the narrative, it helps me understand what I want & how the materialisation of the desire will look like.
it really helps me get into the zone since I love journaling like I am talking to someone about all the good things that already happened
(the interview method could serve as a link between both scripting and visualising & it is a method I really like!)
🫧 inner & imaginary conversations
along the same lines, you can utilise inner conversations (basically positive self talk) or imagined ones (basically the interview method)
ngl, I love talking to myself & it is probably how I used to manifest a lot of things before I learnt of loa.
I also like using ai. basically I open a chatbot and have a conversation with it about my desire like I alr have it, rampage with it, or practice gratitude using it
🪷 use this if you wanna
use a fun way to manifest
we all love making scenarios in our head, so instead of having imaginary arguments in the shower, make these scenarios/conversations favourable to your new story
work on/correct ur mental diet
your mental diet refers to the collection of natural thoughts that you think throughout the day.
the difference between a good & a bad mental diet is the difference between an optimist & a pessimist, a confident person & an insecure person
if you watch the inner conversations you have intently and correct it whenever it doesn't algin with what you want, you will start having better thoughts involuntarily, which will help you automatically & instantly manifest good things into your life
🫧 visualisation
basically daydreaming with intent, so you decide what you want to visualise (usually a short scene so you can loop it) + practice experiencing it from the first pov to generate the feeling / idea that you are truly experiencing it
I know some don't like visualising cos they can't do it, and I want y'all to know that visualisation is a practice. it takes time to be able to visualise vividly and feel like it real, so practice! you might not be able to do it at first but you will get better with time.
for me, my visualisations used to be much more hazy, unclear, and mostly audible but now I can see & feel with my five senses what I wanna visualise + before, I was only able to visualise in 3rd pov but the more I practiced 1st pov, the more naturally it started coming to me
there are several other visualisation techniques to apply, such as SATS, mind movies, and vision boards. I will talk more on them later.
🪷 use this if you wanna
understand what u desire much deeply
like scripting, this method helps generate feelings, which could help aid you in understanding what is it that you want to manifest & why, like what is the real end goal here?
live in the state of wish fulfilled
our minds can't tell the difference from between a real image and imagined one so vividly visualising helps in impressing the subconscious mind into believing that it already happened.
it also allows you to have fun in imagination, experience the good feelings that come with your desires with just the power of your mind, and thus helps you stop relying on the 3d for validation; thus you are now in the state of wish fulfilled!
🫧 SATS
this is a specific form of visualisation that Neville coined & you do it right before sleeping, aka the State Akin To Sleep or SATS
what is most important about it is to do it until you sleep, you live the scene as if it is real, and you loop it.
there's a variation of it called the lullaby method, which is about repeating a single affirmation until you sleep. this can be helpful to those who prefer affirming over visualising (but like I said u can always get better at visualising!)
🪷 use this if you wanna
manifest insanely quickly, for emergencies, time crunches, etc.
this method is basically a shortcut to your sub mind. so when I say it works insanely fast I mean it, like you will see results the very next day.
I like to use specific scenarios / manifestation that I want to happen super quickly
be efficient
this method is quite efficient due to the short time it takes to do (just a few minutes before you sleep) compared to the results you get.
ease the resistance
you might find that you have specific topics or concepts (such as revision) that you feel are "harder to manifest." SATS can be a great technique to use in that case since it impresses the subconscious much more easily, allowing you to feel less resistant / dysregulated.
🫧 mind movies / vision boards
a vision board is a collection of pictures which includes the experiences / things you wanna manifest. I have a whole post on how to create much more effective vision boards that you can check out!
a mind movie is similar to that but, instead of a board, it is a video of these pictures with narration, affirmations, or music accompanying it.
🪷 use this if you wanna
have preestablished visualisations created for you
instead of starting to visualise from scratch you can use those techniques as inspo + you can (esp. w the mind movie) just watch / look passively consuming the pictures, without having to actively imagine anything
incorporate visual subliminals
the post I mentioned above talks about visual subs in vision boards but basically you can add affirmations in low opacity, small font, or ones that quickly disappear, which you won't consciously see but your subconscious mind will register them.
provides the added benefit of incoproprating subs.
🫧 list method
you create a list of all your desires and then you affirm for the entire list using affirmations such as "my list manifested," "I have everything on my list," etc.
🪷 use this if you wanna
affirm but got numerous desires
instead of affirming for each of the million desires you got, affirm for your list. it will help remove some of the anxiety with feeling like you are not affirming enough for a topic or the dreadful choice paralysis of what you need to affirm for next.
script in a bullet point format
the list method is similar to a very simplified script, but you seperate the desires using bullets.
🫧 nervous system regulation (nsr)
this is not one technique, rather, it encompasses a lot of healing practices such as journaling, eft tapping, meditation, exercise, breath work, etc.
🪷 use this if you wanna
stabilise & ground yourself so you can feel happier and more peaceful
these techniques help you feel in alignment and be in the state of wish fulfilled
it can also help when you are experiencing upleasant feelings or unhelpful old stories
become more grateful for what you have
when your mind is cluttered and you trying to manifest desperately, it could cloud you judgement from seeing how beautiful your life is rn. NSR aims to remove that clutter and allows you to see reality for what it truly is: ever changing and honestly really not as bad as you make it out to be
as long as you are doing fine in this present moment, you're good (would recommend reading the Power of Now for more)
better understand your thinking patterns and any unconscious core beliefs
sometimes we wanna work on building a better self concept, becoming better people, understanding ourselves, or being much happier but we just don't know what exactly is holding us back,
NSR can help you with that, as you allow your mind to speak for itself or allow yourself to relax into your body you can better understand yourself and what you need to change.
🫧 void state / self hypnosis
they mean similar things as far as I am aware, which is the meditative state where your body is asleep but your mind is awake and receptive to whatever affrimations it receives
🪷 use this if you wanna
relax
it could serve as a great nsr technique, I personally used self hypnosis a lot before learning of loa because I found it hard to relax and short meditations weren't effective.
now I am able to relax so easily that I can do short meditations + a lot of health problems born out of chronic stress have disappeared
become highly suggestible
like I said your mind is awake but has slowed into a relaxed state, allowing it to accept any affirmations or assumptions it hears without judgement, it won't deny whatever you are saying to it & will accept it as truth causing you to shift/manifest instantly
🫧 revision
revision is technique used to 'revise the past,' which is not only about changing how you look at your past, but what actually happened too. there are numerous stories of people revising death and other unfavourable situations so it is quite powerful. I don't personally use it a lot (beyond affirming once for what I wanna revise) because I prefer focusing on the present (& the future)
🪷 use this if you wanna
change the past
pretty self explanatory, just affirm, visualise, and meditate on the revised story until it shows up
change your (limiting) beliefs & state
like I said, part of revising is changing your idea about what happened, this happens through changing your beliefs to know that time is a construct and that changing anything, at any point of time, is possible + shifting your state (feelings + thoughts) about what happened
self regulate
since you're shifting your state around something unfavourable, you're practicing regulating your mind + body & actually shifting to a more relaxing and fulfilling timeline
affirm in past tense
honestly affriming in past instead of present tense feels really powerful sometimes so even if you don't wanna revise anything, just affirming in past tense can make the affirmation sound more natural, like it has always been that way
🫧 acting as if
acting as if is basically thinking, feeling, and behaving like the person who has all of your desires aka your highest self. this is one of the most basic ways to building SC and it is a fun way of roleplay that will help you become the best version of you automatically. one thing I like about this technique is that it helps in detaching from the 3d and understanding that it is not the world that has to change for you to be happy, but rather you (your internal state has to change)
🪷 use this if you wanna
stop self-sabotaging
when you start acting like the desired version of you, you will come face to face with all the ways you're NOT yet being that version of you, which is the first step to stop being sabotaging your own success. through journaling and other techniques, these unfavourable habit of thinking, feeling, and behaving will be dropped
prepare yourself to be the person who can and will live this life
in relation to self sabotage, sometimes we subconsciously don't feel ready for all of the success and happiness we want. we don't believe we're worthy of it. as a result, we don't allow it to happen. but if you already lived as that version of you who you believe would have achieved it you will build a very solid self concept that such doubts and fears won't hold any truth any more.
detach
like I said, when you live as if this is your dream life, you realise that your dream life is not the keeper of your happiness, but rather it is you. you decide if you want to be happy, you decide if a circumstance has any meaning, whether positive or negative.
get better at visualising
in my experience, acting as if allows me to better visualise since I am seeing the world from the eyes of the highest version of me. it feels like my daydreams automatically align to what I wanna visualise and I can visualise at any given time of day, with my eyes open even
this all for the techniques, hope you enjoyed this post. I got an epiphany for it last night at like 2 am and started writing lol
on a last note, I'd like you to know all of these methods are connected and can overlap so make sure you are nourishing each area of manifesting (sc, alignment to desires, nsr, etc.) to live a fulfilling life while also getting what you want!

I know I have drawn this shape so often already, but the process of drawing it is so soothing.
And for that, I have drawn a kind of step-by-step guide how to draw that shape in the top of this drawing:

(from left to right: ) [sorry in advance if I make it sound more complicated than it actually is. If you want to draw it, I would advice you to focus more on these illustrations rather than on my gibberish-text.]
1. draw a 2-dimensional Cartesian plane - or, in other words: just draw a cross like depicted
1.1. mark 2 points on the y-axis/vertical line with same distance to the coordinate origin, then mark 2 points on the x-axis/horizontal line with the same distance to the coordinate origin. (The markings on the y-axis need to be farther away from the origin than the markings of the x-axis)
2. connect the 4 marked points like depicted above. This is a function plot of a tractrix. (it has two mirror symmetry axes. )
3. draw an ellipse and connect the two markings on the x-axis. This becomes a kind of "belt" for the pseudosphere (4th picture)
4. part the ellipse into whatever-amount-you-want of partings (like you would cut a cake) and slightly mark these.
5. now imagine you cut that shape horizontally on the outer surface. (In the 5th picture I depicted that with red-ish pen across the pseudosphere. ) -
6. then the cut shape needs to be "(shape) shifted". For that we use a set of marked points we did in step 4). Furtherly, we "cut" the ellipse open, and push one end of it to the top, and the other end to the bottom. (depicted in picture 6 )
7. Then we connect the rest to get that shape:

Main Types of Clairs
Clairvoyance
(Clear Seeing)
The ability to perceive visual information beyond the physical senses. This can include seeing images, colors, symbols, or even visions of future events.
Visualization Exercises
Sit quietly, close your eyes, and visualize objects, scenes, or colors in your mind’s eye. Practice daily with simple images and gradually move to more complex visuals to strengthen your “inner sight.” Meditation on the third eye (between the eyebrows) can also help.
Clairaudience
(Clear Hearing)
The ability to hear sounds or voices that aren’t audible to others, often experienced as inner guidance, hearing someone’s thoughts, or messages from spirits or guides.
Sound Awareness Meditation
Focus on ambient sounds around you, then shift to imagining sounds or inner voices in your mind. Practice discerning subtle sounds in your environment and try listening to soft, repetitive sounds like a ticking clock, letting them guide you inward to hear more subtle messages.
Clairsentience
(Clear Feeling)
A heightened sense of feeling, where someone can intuitively sense emotions, physical sensations, or energies of others or places. This includes physical sensations that convey information.
Body Scanning and Emotion Sensing
Practice a body scan by closing your eyes and paying attention to sensations in each body part. Then, imagine yourself in various environments and “tune in” to sense the emotions associated with each. Journaling afterward can help you interpret the emotions and sensations you pick up.
Claircognizance
(Clear Knowing)
A strong inner knowledge or “gut feeling” without any logical explanation. People with this gift receive sudden insights or knowledge about a person, place, or event.
Intuitive Journaling
Start with a question and free-write the answers that come to mind without filtering them. Over time, this practice can reveal patterns and strengthen your intuitive knowing. Meditation can also help you recognize the feeling of knowing distinct from thought.
Clairalience
(Clear Smelling)
The ability to smell scents that don’t have a physical source nearby, like smelling someone’s perfume after they've passed on or a certain aroma associated with a place or memory.
Scent Memory Practice
Smell different essential oils or spices, then close your eyes and try to recall the scent without it being present. Gradually, this can enhance your ability to “smell” or recall scents intuitively, which may help with connecting to people or memories associated with those smells.
Clairgustance
(Clear Tasting)
The ability to taste something without it being present, often linked to memories or associations that provide information about someone or something.
Taste Meditation
Focus on tasting different foods mindfully, paying attention to each layer of flavor. Then, try to “imagine” the taste of different foods without eating them, as this practice can enhance your ability to pick up tastes associated with people or memories.
Clairtangency
(Clear Touching or Psychometry)
The ability to receive information by touching an object, which can hold energy or memories of people or events connected to it.
Object Reading Practice
Hold an object that belongs to someone and tune into any feelings, images, or thoughts that arise. Let your impressions flow without judgment. Practicing with a variety of objects can help refine your ability to pick up on energies connected to them.
Other Types of Clairs
Clairempathy
(Clear Emotion)
Similar to clairsentience but focused on emotions. People with this ability feel the emotions of others deeply, often as if they were their own, and may intuitively understand others’ emotional states without verbal communication.
Emotion Meditation and Energy Shielding
Practice by focusing on your own emotions and then imagine how others may feel in certain situations. To avoid emotional overwhelm, also practice grounding and shielding by visualizing yourself surrounded by protective light.
Clairkinesthesia
(Clear Movement Awareness)
The ability to feel or sense physical movement that hasn’t occurred yet or even movement on an energetic level, such as shifts in someone’s energy field.
Body Awareness Exercises
Practice sensing subtle movements, such as the feeling of a breeze or the shift of your own muscles. You can also try gentle tai chi or qi gong movements to help you become more sensitive to the flow of energy and movement.
Clairinspiration/Claircreativity
(Clear Inspiration/Creativity)
The sense of receiving creative ideas, such as art, music, writing, or inventions, seemingly from beyond one's own conscious mind. Many artists, writers, and musicians describe a feeling of “receiving” their work from an outside source.
Open-Ended Creative Meditation
Sit quietly with an open mind, asking for inspiration or guidance on a question. Remain in a relaxed, open state, and note any ideas that “pop up.” Regular meditation or creative flow exercises, such as drawing without a plan, can encourage inspiration.
Clairpresence
(Clear Presence Awareness)
The ability to sense the presence of a spirit, entity, or energy without necessarily seeing or hearing it. People often describe this as the feeling of “not being alone” or of a particular being nearby.
Awareness Meditation for Presence Sensing
Practice meditating in silence, attuning to the feeling of your environment. Occasionally pause to sense if there is a “shift” in the atmosphere, such as a feeling of warmth or cold. This helps you discern subtle presences.
Claircosmology
(Clear Universal Knowledge)
This refers to a sense of connection with universal or cosmic knowledge, as if receiving insights about humanity, existence, or spiritual truths. It’s often described as a sudden deep understanding of complex, spiritual, or existential concepts.
Contemplative Meditation
Spend time in contemplation of big questions about life, the universe, or spiritual concepts. Keep an open mind and let insights come naturally. Journaling after meditation can help you capture sudden insights or “downloads” related to universal knowledge.

i loveeeee to just close my eyes, listen to my playlist, and experience my dream life in imagination. if you’re someone who feels emotions deeply when listening to music like me, i highly recommend doing this to emphasise that feeling of the wish fulfilled!!
have you ever listened to a song and imagined in your mind that you’re in a music video?? well, it’s exactly like that!! YOU have the POWER over what scenarios you want to EXPERIENCE, the only difference is that these scenarios that you’re imagining are REAL because your imagination/the 4D is your REAL REALITY!!! isn’t it so wonderful?
and since i’m not the best at visualising, listening to music somehow helps me visualise?? if that makes sense qiwuhdja💀

*SP visualisation exercise*
for when things ended badly and you’re in no contact with your SP
step 1 : close your eyes and bring your attention towards your own breath. i like having meditation music in the background which is subtle & isn't too distracting.
step 2 : after you feel focused, tap into the higher version of yourself — in any way you imagine it to be. i personally like visualising myself radiating golden light, in a beautiful long lace dress, radiating peace, love and ethereal beauty. she feels safe to my wounded self whenever i am in turmoil.
step 3 : what does their higher self feel like to you? more than the appearance, focus on how they feel — warm, inviting, caring, safe? visualise them. feel their energy, the unconditional love and safety they radiate. i personally love seeing them in the same golden light as me.
step 4 : visualise sitting with them, holding them, hugging them - dissolve all your anger and grudges with each other. hear them and yourself apologise to each other, extend compassion and unconditional love. say what you want to say and allow them to - sometimes it is surprising what you may hear.
keep practicing this, you feel will immense sense of calm and peace towards your SP when you confide in their higher self more than their 3D self.
over time, what i find surprising is, your spiritual connection with them will get stronger & sometimes you will even hear things they actually feel and want to communicate to you. such is the immense power of thought transmission and telepathy.

UPDATES ON MY JOURNEY

Heyy all! I've been focusing on my senior professional medical year and it has been stressful. So here are some things I manifested effortlessly and a few things without me thinking about it. Long ass post ahead! ⚠️⚠️
1. Getting more pocket money than usual. Like my parents usually transact in my account like a $80 or $100 AUD per month. But in both feb and march this year, they transacted me $500 and $700 AUD! Plus! I occasionally find $10 or $50 cash in my classroom or on the streets sometimes (and they come lie next to my feet 😭) I'd ask everyone in my class if it's theirs, and they say no. What do y'all expect me to do? Like go and give it to the university management?? 😭 hell no, so i kept it lol.
2. MANIFESTED DIOR'S LIP OILS!! 😭😭 LIKE 5 OF THEM 😭 YOU DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I'VE OBSESSED WITH LIP OILS 😭😭 AND I WANTED THE RASPBERRY ONE SO BAD, AND GUESS WHAT? I MANIFESTED IT ALONG WITH 4 OTHER SHADESS OMGGG 😭😭😭
3. My crush giving me hints that she's obsessed with me 😭 like she literally told me 'you're so sweet and caring, I've never met a person like this after my grandma' cus her grandma passed away recently and she was so depressed. She even had an eye infection, so she stopped coming to the uni. So i had to make sure she's alright, and met her everyday cus she needed someone real bad. Like she needed to talk to someone and get that thing bothering her outta her head. I was there all along whatever she was going through (don't come at me y'all, ik if we help someone they would say all these things but she's my crush lol so) She's also getting real close to me, like she tells me how annoying people are lol. She loves skin ship, physical touch, being clingy around me, and complimenting me 😭😭 so these are the hints 😭 like friends wouldn't do that right? Would they?? (My friends diss me right in front of everyone 😶)
4. I've always been the type to care too much for the silliest things, nowadays I don't really put my energy into it and become all anxious. My anxiety levels have completely gone down like I'm literally cool asf?? Even while being in public?? Literally yess
5. Manifested getting my hair coloured next week! and my mom permitted me! For my cousin's engagement in april, I wanna be there like the hot younger sister I am lol. I just wanna make my relatives and their kids jealous cus they made fun of me when I was younger (my younger self has been dreaming for this moment) so why not a revenge glow up?? 😭
6. Losing weight even though I eat like a pig due to my study stress. Like literally I ate a 5 course meal one day and lost 2 kgs the next day? (cus I randomly checked my weight for 2 days cus I had to submit my height and weight to the university student records)
7. Getting a natural blush on my face! Like it's such a game changer, I look like a movie star y'all 😭✋🏻
8. My teachers complimenting me for my discipline and high scores. As yk uni professors don't even give af bout students and they complimented me??
9. Getting into a new friend group! My old one was too toxic and they would always bully me (verbally) my new friend group is literally soo damn enjoyable! Like they're the cool kids of the year 😭 and now I'm one too!
10. As I mentioned in my older post that I'm moving into an apartment. We moved in and it was too difficult for me to sleep as the place was new and also there we're disturbances in the night time like stomping noises or playing loud music at night. So the neighbors there were too sweet that they introduced and comforted us that it's okay and if something's bothering us they'll take care of it. And they literally made the people who we're causing those disturbances to vacate out 😭😭✋🏻

I've decided to respawn to my waiting next month. I'm still scripting how my waiting room should be... So it might take time for me. So till then I'm gonna be strengthening my self concept even more, and also getting more and more excited to be in my waiting room! I want my waiting room to be like a more like a sci fi movie and a princess fairytale combined 😭 (ik I'm weird). 2. An iPhone 11. My whole family had Samsung and don’t like Apple, but when I was 15 I convinced my very hard to persuade mother into getting me an iPhone. It was the exact one I wanted, colour and all.

3. Going to a Billie Eilish concert! I’d never been to one before until recently. The tickets were a gift for my birthday.

4. My friends. In early high school I imagine what my friend group would look like. I was obsessed with a particular name and I ended up making friends with two people with that same name. One has still stuck around til this day. (This was probably the easiest thing I manifested, and I didn’t realise I did it til years later.)

5. Getting gifts and things paid for me constantly. Constantlyyyyyyy. I was actually starting to feel bad because I had one friend that paid for everything of mine everytime we went out. Food, clothes, trinkets. Then they started showing up bringing me gifts for things I knew I wanted or had saved on Pintesrest. They have never asked me or gave the impression to pay them back (but I have a bit cause I felt bad and I love them 😭)
My mum has a new job where she is given free movie tickets, and I am a Letterboxd freak. Soo many movies I get to see without paying a cent.

6. My lips. When I was very young I was insecure about how big my top lip was lmfao, and it significantly got smaller. When I was a teen I wanted it back, and now they’re full again.

~ when I first started getting money, I was getting around $420. Then up to $550 for my living situation. I applied to get extra for disability, but they told me it wasn’t approved but they added more anyway so now +$600 :D

9. Already booked for my next concert which will be in the coming months for an artist I’ve been listening to since early high school. I also really wanted mosh pit and I got it. Oh, and it was also already paid for me.

10. Honestly food. I don’t live in a super populated area, and a lot of brands we just don’t have cause I don’t live in America. But lately I’ve been finding exact items I’ve been wanting and have saved on Pinterest. Exact exact items. From brand, to flavour, to serving size. No dupes.

Again, I’m not in a very populated area, I got one independent book shop that is always out of stock on many items and my library has more historic and science books to what I prefer reading. Now everytime I go to the bookstore they have all the books I’ve been wanting with exact covers I want. By our supermarket we also have a free book station where I’ve found many books in good condition, classics, Penguin books & more I have saved on Pinterest.

Easiest thing ever once you realise you can do it. We’re constantly manifesting. I received a lot of this stuff before I even knew what exactly manifesting meant.
When I did learn what it was and started using methods I saw online, once my manifestations came in I stopped using the methods but some kept coming in anyway.

How can I not confuse LOA with daydreaming?
I often see people saying, "The only reality is imagination, but daydreaming is fantasy," and it makes me VERY confused. This makes me extremely anxious because I don’t really understand this phrase, you know? 😕
I’ve been imagining my SP a lot, but I don’t know if it’s just fantasy or something like that. Sorry if it was confusing to understand...

Okay so you asked me how not to confuse daydreaming and LOA. The thing is, they are two completely different things.
LOA (Law of Assumption) says your beliefs and assumptions shape your reality. What you believe to be true, it will manifest in your reality.
To use LOA in your favor you have two main tools: Affirmations and imagination. Neville Goddard had a formula to use imagination as a tool for manifestation with LOA. Explaining briefly, is getting into a sleeping-like state and imagine a situation that would happen with your ‘wish’ fulfilled, in first person, as many details as possible and using your senses, feeling like you are actually in that scenario now and here, and not only observing. Repeating all daily.
So, using imagination consciously as a tool (with all the features I mentioned previously) is visualisation.
Daydreaming, is when you let your mind wander. You’re not trying to control your thoughts, usually getting lost in them.
There’s the difference between them. Both daydreaming and visualization imply imagination, but while one is absorbing the other absorbs you. One you control it, the other rather controls you.

Feeling vs Repetition in Manifestation
Hi lovelies!
This is just a really quick post regarding two types of manifesting because some LOAss blogs/ coaches seem to argue about it.
Simply put, both work.
Feeling
Feeling in manifestation is something that was heavily promoted by neville. Whether via visualisation, scripting or whatever else, the idea is to really feel like the person who has their desire. To feel fulfilled, worthy and like you have your desire and no amount of 3D can change that. Feeling this (nearly) impenetrable way that your desire is yours helps rewire your neural pathways as your brain cannot tell the difference between whether you feel fulfilled from your desire in your imagination or your 3D. It just knows you have it. In turn the 3D will reflect you having it.
Feeling often uses forms of repetition from the methods used, such as in SATS, and with looping imagined scenarios, or repeating the same sentiment back to yourself when scripting. You may even just plain repeat affirmations back to yourself as a way to feel like the version of yourself who has your desires.
Repetition
Saturating your mind with the same statement/ idea over and over again will also rewire your neural pathways. Repetition is done usually with affirmations - and since i am talking strictly repetition and not feeling let’s say robotic affirming. By feeding yourself the same sentiment over and over it will also become fact. This also follows the idea in LoAss that where your focus lies will manifest. E.g. if you focus on your SP having a third party and not wanting you, their relationship will flourish // you will be forgotten. On the other hand if you focus on how much your SP loves being in a relationship with you, you will have a wonderful happy relationship.
if you want good content surrounding repetition look up sammy ingram on youtube. She also has lots of success stories from herself and her communities if you want motivation :).
Repetition may also make use of feelings when faced with unfavourable 3D as you must continue to be the person that has your desire all the time, not just when actively affirming.
As explained, BOTH WORK! In fact both have worked for me! Do not allow the preferences of an LoAss content creator to make you believe a certain form of manifestation does not work for you. It is simply preference!

i thought i‘d share something personal this time! · ❀
so, yesterday, shortly before i went to bed, i kinda had this silly picture in my head. it was like a crossover between my friend and this lovely woman i met the day before who happens to be a friend of my grandma (you know those middle-aged women who are like really good with kids and witty and love talking to people of all ages and make friends with teenagers and are like the cool aunty and you get along with them wonderfully and and and…? she’s like that).
the thing is, the friend i thought of doesn‘t have any connections to that woman. it’s like, unexpected? what would she have to do with her? therefore, it really was just a random thought of her, my grandma and this this woman.
today, i got dragged to the beach because by the time i woke up, my friend, #thecoolaunt and my grandma were all standing in front of the door, asking me to join them.
in my head, i was like ??? how ??? when ??? why ??? and then i remembered… i literally visualised this scenario. even if it wasn’t 100% identical, my god was it similar… the vibes were definitely the same! it was genuinely so heartwarming to witness. ♡
