Hey!! Sorry if this is random (it absolutely is).

I've been a my little pony fan since I was 9, but due to a truck load of traumatic events, I had lost my spark and was no longer fascinated by them. However, once I found your blog, and I saw those awesome fusion concepts, I was convinced to get back into one of my childhood favorites and I thank you for that.

Firstly, I want to start off by saying that my drawing of her is not meant to be suggestive. If you feel this way, I'm terribly sorry, but that was not the intention. I am a SFW artist on this page (clearly stated in my bio) and I don't follow or interact with artists who post pony nsfw of any kind. She is fully clothed, and has a simple happy expression. Women's bodies are not suggestive just because they exist! Actually, the anon asking if they can use the designs is absolutely free to do so; because you have stated they are based on official designs, they are a derivative of Hasbro's copyright and IP ownership of MLP, and would be subject to the same laws as the official designs. Selling them as designs is also technically very illegal but Hasbro has always been loose with their application of IP law; plenty of people sell MLP merch at cons, etc. even though it's illegal. You can keep selling them, but you don't have legal grounds to stop anyone from using them.

actually, anon, copyright does not extend to transformative projects such as original designs like mine! they are inspired by the mane 6 but are completely original and new designs which I created myself, meaning hasbro has no legal grounds or ownership over them.. you might wanna read up on copyright laws my friend (:
