Unrequited love refers to these feeling of love that is not reciprocated.”

Even the baby in the womb needs and reacts to love. As soon as a child is born, it seeks and yearns for love. The need for love causes people to do crazy things. Love gives life and sustenance to even the dying soul, and it brings joy to a sorrowful and neglected child. The truth is that love is the source of all existence; without love, we wouldn’t be here in the first place. When mankind was created, God gave him a desire for love and curiosity to search or want to discover things. It is only by seeking something that a child learns, and grows in knowledge and confidence. Love is the component that gives that child confidence.
As long as a child gets love and attention common, he or she will try new things because they know that a mother, father, or guardian will protect them. But when love is missing, that child will not grow because fear has replaced love and fear causes torment. Fear will lock a child or even an adult in isolation, but only love can bring the freedom to move about in peace and contentment.
This is what happened when man fell from grace. He lost all fellowship and communion with love. Disconnection from God caused humanity to go backward instead of forward; humanity was hardwired to grow spiritually, but love was the source of that growth. After losing love, mankind went on a self-search, trying to gain knowledge, and grow spiritually, but it was no longer pure nor of God.
After humanity fell from grace, they went down a spiral web no longer worshiping or seeking the one and true God but went in search of the dark side where the devil presides. Man’s fleshly nature and the devil’s deception had caused mankind to seek out the occult, the palm reader, and the witch doctor; to indulge in a promiscuous relationship even when he knows these practices are unhealthy for the spirit. All we need are acceptance and love. But the practices are not from God.
The love of God has no bounds; it can pick you up and turn your life in 360 degrees. In the presence of true love (God), there is peace, joy, happiness, tranquility, contentment and, most of all, total protection. I guess you might be asking yourself where and how you can receive this love; it’s my pleasure to point you in the right direction. All you need to do is to accept the gift that God has given to you: the gift of His only begotten Son to die in your stead. Just believe and have the faith in his death and resurrection, which has broken all barriers that bound and paralyzed you spiritually. These steps are most vital to start your journey to recover and attain your God-given destiny. Having experienced God’s love and goodness, I can assure you that if you make these steps, the Lord will give you an experience in Him that will have you in awe. You won’t see things as you once did, but will look at things with a God-given insight. You will not cry and stress about vain things anymore but will smile at your storm.

Effective Jaw, Neck and Facial Exercises to practice by yourself at home
1. Moon Kissing
First, in our list of jawline exercises is moon kissing. Straighten your neck and look upwards. Now form your lips into a kiss, trying to stretch your lower lip upwards as far as possible. You should feel a tugging in your throat and jaw region.
Repeat the kissing exercise 30 times, then take a 5-minute break and continue with exercise two.
2. Side Kiss
Form your mouth into a kiss. Then, in the first step pull the right corner of your mouth upwards as far as possible. Try to hold this position for at least 3 seconds and relax the corners of your mouth for a short time.
Now repeat the exercise on the left side and pull the corner of your left mouth upwards as far as possible. Try to hold the position again for at least 3 seconds.
Relax the corners of your mouth and repeat this exercise between 30 to 60 times. You will soon notice that the muscles around your mouth and cheeks get tired.
3. Lipp Press
First, press your upper and lower jaw together and then start to press your lips and the corners of your mouth together. In this exercise, all the muscles around your mouth and jaw should tense.
Remain in the tense position for 10 seconds and release it then.
This is a very efficient jawline exercise and should not be repeated more than 5 times for beginners. As soon as you notice that your face and jaw muscles have not been sufficiently worked out, you can repeat this exercise 10 times.
4. Crazy Grin
Form your mouth into a wide grin and try to stretch the corners of your mouth as far as possible in both directions. Hold the position for at least 30 seconds. Try to broaden the grin each time to increase your training efficiency.
5. Cheek Stretch
Fill both of your cheeks with air. Make sure you keep as much air as possible in your cheeks. Your cheeks and mouth muscles should stretch. Hold this position for 3 minutes. Try to blow more air into your cheeks each time without letting it escape through your mouth and hold again for a while. Then relax by moving your mouth loosely. You will notice that your mouth and cheek muscles have to work hard not to lose air during the exercise.

6. Mouth Stretch
Our second to last jawline exercise. Open your mouth as wide as you can and try to hold the position for 60 seconds. Then, in the open position, begin to open your mouth even more. You will notice how your jaw muscles stretch and lengthen. Repeat the stretching exercise 10 times and then relax your mouth. During the exercise you will notice how your jaw joint moves in and out. If you feel uncomfortable or if the stretching exercises are painful or uncomfortable, stop the exercise and consult your doctor.
7. Bite and Hold
For this exercise the JAWLINER is required.
