I started sleeping with and playing with plushies/stuffies since about 10, which is when my depression and anxiety started getting more intense. It’s also around that time that I started having panic attacks multiple times a week that terrified me relentlessly. School was the most terrifying place on Earth because of it and it took years to recover from it. It was probably a form of agoraphobia.

I’ve been sleeping with plushies/stuffies since I was about 10. I haven’t been doing it as much lately because I’ve been sleeping with a Miku Hatsune dakimakura (body pillow) since I can completely wrap myself around her while curled up in the fetal position while sucking on a paci/binky, which I’ve been doing a lot ever since I fell into little space a few months ago. She helps me a lot and I love her so much 🥰

My Build -A-Bear Vulpix is always nearby, though, along with about a dozen other Pokémon plushies all over the room.

Imagine spending a hundred dollars for your first ever custom made pacifier and then THIS happens. I swear, everything I put in my backpack breaks somehow. So I encourage anyone who uses a pacifier to get a good case for it. They can fit any paci/binky inside if you get a good one. The caps will cover the nipple but not the ring as you can see 🥺

Why did I spend $100 on a pacifier? I literally use it every single day for long periods of time. It’s good to have a special one. Plus, it’s perfect. Perfect size, perfect shape, and it deflates when you suck on it. Some don’t. Initially I had a couple of size 5 pacifiers and I didn’t like them deflating. I actually thought they were broken. Now I like them because they’re not as stiff and rigid. But both are nice.

The Internet is filled with warnings about the dangers of using a pacifier. I think they’re right. I have several and use them all the time and…

When people get preconceived ideas about what agere and age regression is: just let it go. You don’t actually care and don’t need to understand it. It is what it is and may be a temporary condition. Or it might be part of a cycle that comes and goes without warning. It’s not a fetish, a role playing activity, or a s*x thing. It’s a psychological need.

I was looking for books on Amazon regarding age regression with no success so I gave up and started looking for simple cute coloring books. I added a handful to my shopping cart and hadn’t realized that I accidentally added something specifically designed for the DDLG crowd. I was horrified. There are people who defend DDLG and they’re all messed up. The second D stands for dom or dominance. The whole dom/sub thing is exclusive to the BDSM fetish community. Adding a fetish/sex component to little space is abhorrent and even the BDSM community wants nothing to do with it because it’s simulating pedophilia/sexual abuse. There’s no reasonable way to justify having sex with someone in a regressed state. It’s literally illegal under some circumstances. So I definitely agree 100% with littles who won’t associate with people like that. If being a caregiver to a little includes dominance, punishment, humiliation, powerlessness, and/or sex then I don’t even know what to say. It’s just horrifying and sad and the rest of the world looks at you with contempt and disgust. If you can’t understand why you need therapy.

About three months ago I started gravitating towards a state of regression out of the blue. No warning and it wasn’t a conscious decision. So I started searching the Internet to see if other people were having the same thing. Regressing without it being a paraphilia (fetish) or role playing thing. I’ve seen a lot of age regressors, littles, etc. But they all seem to have a “do not interact” stipulation. Some are completely reasonable as the things they list are disgusting and in some cases illegal. But they tend to list things like ABDL, ageplay. babyfur, etc., which are very similar to the “littles” or regressors. I’ve known people in those groups and they were, for the most part, wonderful people. I don’t know why there’s so much negativity and I especially don’t understand the concept of, “if you do this or that you are not worthy of interacting with me.” I can’t relate to that. Then again, with things like depression, anxiety, and other assorted disorders I find it difficult to relate with most people. But the whole “us against them” mentality makes me feel like sinking further into regression where I just want to stay in bed curled up in the fetal position with my Miku Hatsune dakimakura and try to forget about the outside world completely. Then again, I grew up with depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma so developmental delays made it impossible for me to relate to my peers or form normal relationships. I was always behind everyone else socially and emotionally. I don’t think that has ever changed despite being on medication now.

Sorry for the long post. At times I tend to babble (part of regression I believe) CONSTANTLY and irritate all the normies. I truly resent being treated badly just because people can’t or are unwilling to understand that it’s not intentional and completely harmless 😡

Anyway, the Mets are hosting the Dodgers at Citi Field in the NLCS tonight. GO METS 🥰
