I decided to give Twitter another chance, and while I still have no idea what to do with it, it’s actually kind of fun. For now.

I’m also probably not going to be around here much anymore. It hasn’t been much fun in a long time. How can a site where people post cute doggie pics and harmless fandom stuff get so damn political? And, most of the time, people just reblog without checking their facts, or just spout a bunch of ignorant nonsense as adamantly as they can on a keyboard and then go into attack mode on anyone who dares to have a dissenting opinion. Okay, I basically just described the entire internet in general (except with less cats) but I’d rather post over at Reddit or Twitter or pretty much anywhere else right about now. Or maybe even go outdoors sometimes. Who knows? I’m getting all sorts of crazy over here.

You have to set Wacom’s drivers to report their full 2048 levels of pressure. On Windows machines, they default to 1024 levels of pressure reportage for legacy compatibility.

I mentioned this on Twitter and it blew a few people’s brain-pans out their collective skulls. I don’t think folks know. I imagine 90% of people with 2048 Wacom hardware have left that option checked.

Unless you’re living in a cave and clinging on to your copy of Painter 6 with musket in hand, uncheck that box.

Okay, I just discovered The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer, and I don't understand why it took me so long. I got the first three books from the library, read the first one and most of the second, then went out and bought the series with the little bit of cash I had (all except Fairest for now). I like it that much. I want to do a real review soon, but I just felt like talking about this series now. It's incredibly fun and the characters are so great. I plan to re-read it as soon as I'm finished with the third book. Awesome escape series, if that's what you're into (like me.)

Thanks; she seems to be slowly recovering. Her fever isn't spiking, so that's a relief. I read somewhere about why they charge so much- something to do with regulations and their license, and how they need to make a certain amount of money on their services to be considered a legit business...something like that. It still  doesn't make that much sense to me.

All I did is post a simple jpeg that I felt adequately expressed my feelings about Spideypool, and I got so much hate. There wasn't even text on that image or anything. I really should put a little more effort in and really apply myself next time. It's pretty fun to watch stupidity make the rounds...these kids are insane about their ships.
