There's a couple. First off, Nessie seems feasible to me. Since childhood, I've been partway in the camp of What If A Dinosaur Got In The Lake. The fact that she shows up as far back as an early medieval hagiography of St. Columba suggests to me that, even if there's nothing living there now, something was there at some point.

Second, I'm also slowly being persuaded that bigfoot could be out there in some form or fashion. As a kid, I was fond of the Hitherto Undiscovered Primate theory, but as an adult I'm honestly kind of intrigued by the Bigfoot Is Supernatural theory. He's not the one I'm all that passionate about, though. I'm far more emotionally invested in Nessie.

Spent much of my childhood as a hater, but somewhere in my teenage years I fell in love with it, and I now consider it a very sophisticated flavor. 10/10, no notes.
