For people using screen-readers or with diminished vision... Does it help to tag posts with the tag "Image Description"? Is it useful when the image description is embedded in the image as the ALT text to tag the post with "Image Description"? For people that read the image descriptions because of other issues besides sight, is the ALT text as useful as an image description typed out under the post?
