Hereโs me at my heaviest 530 pounds. I had all of the bad things: Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, no energy, no motivation and no direction. To date -I am 188 pounds. Iโve lost 342 pounds in a little over two years w/ good nutrition and staying active. My goal now (because this is an ongoing journey) is to maintain this lifestyle while learning the new Ashley. This is no easy feat as it comes with its own set of obstacles. I will be sharing recipes and a few small tips and tricks thatโs helped me along the way.
