Holiday reads! Been excited for #wickedsaints by #emilyduncan, I’ve seen several reviews on insta which have made this book a must read for me! @thebookishgurl just put up a lovely post on Wicked Saints as well which I recommend you go have a look at! 😍 As for #thestandinboyfriend, I don’t know much about it and I haven’t read anything by #emmadoherty but it was recommended to me by #goodreads and they always seem to recommend books I like so thought it’d give it a go! As I’ve said before, I’m a huge fan of the #bookstagram world and I am now attempting to join in that magical #bookblogger world! After my first attempt I learnt quickly that being a #bookstagramer requires more than just a camera and some books, but also a creative mind! I ordered some postcards of fanart from @redbubble which I wanted to use as props, along with some other nic-nacs for my next photo session with my books. Feeling better prepared I got to work in getting my winning shot. I threw in colour, magic and pure determination. And this was my favourite shot! Just a candid of my favourite series and my favourite piece of fan art of Freya and Rhysand. Day 2 of 3. I have learnt that although I’ve enjoyed my time with Neive, my parents dog, I in fact am certainly not a dog person and love my feline friend very much! I’m a huge fan of the #bookstagram world and thought I’d give it a go. So I collected some of my favourite #books and made a little studio corner, was about to start and my camera battery was dead! Determined not to be deterred I used my iPhone instead. Although I had lots of fun, I totally underestimated how creative you have to be, it’s not just taking photos of books, there’s a lot of art that goes with it too!
