Text
Be a woman of confidence,
not cockiness.
Know your boundaries,
set no limits.
Speak your kindness and
turn your back to conformed
groups. The only way to be
a woman of change in
this world, is to walk what
you talk and set your own
soul free first.

THE INVITE
Come, come and do
tread carefully, be
mindful of what thy
will see; silence thy
lips for the crypt
a sanctuary of respect
and peace be.
See...... whitewashed,
brittle bones, dehydrated
of lifes treasures? See....
the agony? the deformities?
See........ the mere remains
of who I was, 'tis of bygone
eras that bled me, I
ransomed my heart and soul
and in my misery I was granted
my final peace..... my final
resting place - where I am
meant to be. Come, come
enjoy now the edible treats
and sweet tea as my final
treats to thee; grieve me
not, hold fast to the memories,
hold fast to my final gift
to thee, for away I go
my home no longer
beside thee be.

I WAS, I WILL, I AM
I WAS
Birthed into love,
laughter and happiness.
I flourished, I bloomed
I was loved, I was beautiful.
Raped of my treasures
raped of life
raped of laughter
I withered and died inside.
I bled, I screamed, I beat
my fists, I mourned.
2
I WILL
slay the demons that hound
and pester me. Surely there
is more to life than misery?
I WILL
breathe.... and silence
my heart and soul. Silence
the demons who seek
control. Seek the beauty in
desolate places, turn my
face towards the sun
and bloom as each day
comes.
3
I WILL
no longer tolerate demons
that tempt me to believe
I am unworthy.
I WILL
no longer accept lesser
than what I in believe,
no longer be naive.
4
I AM
a woman, proud to be me.
Life seasons threatened
to disown me, demons
along the wayside challenged
me; I doubted, I screamed,
I cried and bled..... I mourned
and the demons were fed.
I rebelled finally for leeches
of life they used to be.
They taught me of
life, not is all as you
see for behind masks
demons flourish gaily.
5
I AM
a woman of respect
morals and strength,
happiness my elixir.
Be not arrogant in
thy thinking a patsy
I be, for kindness and
compassion for thee
art gifts I share with thee.
6
Be not arrogant in thy
belief thy my respect
and morals I'd lessen
for thee.
I AM
a woman at peace,
linger not if thy presence
a falsity be.

RECOVERY.
'Twas on the road
to RECOVERY the
lovers did meet....
'Tis now sweet stolen
moments where'er
they meet.
Finally their home
their hearts did seek.
'Tis the loving luxuries
of life, love and happiness
their passions be.

RELEASED.
......ashes and corpses
now remain, fury now
contained. Bound and
gagged she'll be no
more, abusers upon
hate and greed did feed.
'Twas the unbridled fury of
wrath contained
centuries of sadistic pain.
RELEASED
from miserly lodgings and
indignities, 'tis onward
her chosen path be;
ne'er again bound and
gagged she'd be.

THY LIGHT.
Hide not
THY LIGHT, for from
within darkness
souls yearn for release.
Hoard not thy light
for self and thus in
believe souls not
worthy of light in
which to believe
they too of account for in
societies. May the light
bearers in societies
converge and be beacons
of light, love, hope and peace.

SOULMATES.
Scabs and scars oft
concealed 'tis of
trepidation of judgement
if revealed. 'Tis the manner
of thee: thy bold stance?
thy rakish glance?
thy gentle wooing?
'Tis the gentle lilt
of voice, 'tis the flirty
glance, 'tis the sensual smile
'tis her gentle wooing of thee.
'Tis amidst
passionate outpourings
that souls finally greet.
SOULMATES they be
passionate intent of
love and loyalty they
decree....their destiny.

THESE HANDS.
THESE HANDS,
might they for
ever be opened
as mine heart
and soul, O Blessed
Lord readily to receive
Thy favours, Thy
blessings, Thy commands
" To love one another as
Thy decreed and too
to feed Your sheep."
O Lord, mighty art Thy
deeds and Holy art Thy
name, to You O Blessed
Saviour and Lord be all
glory for now and all
eternity.
Amen

OF THE SOUL.
OF THE SOUL..
O, might thy thirst
be quenched, thy
longing be granted...
To dance and sing
in the rain....
to dwell amongst
the wolves....
to be free...
'tis OF THE SOUL
a thirst within me,
for free spirited I be.

THE FREED SPIRIT.
Fettered bartering
caged imprisonment
of the soul. For want
of approval? for consort
with society.....
acceptable?
Ravenous,
hollowed soul.
Silent howls
silent growls
discontent -
bereavement
of soul.
Wanderlust of mind
wanderlust of soul
yearning love
of being whole.
Restless seeking
restless searching -
solitude.... fruits of
creation, nourishment
of the soul. Lyrics of
nature 'tis in a teasing
breeze, lyrics of rustling
leaves, lyrics of droning
bees.....wooing, beckoning
'tis of natural delight.
Soul captivating, soul
soaring, soul imprisonment
no longer there be for
FREE SPIRITED 'twill
forever be soul pampering,
soul nourishment seeked,
that of alignment with
my souls ravenous need -
peace. An awakening
a shedding of woes
for within now a
FREE SPIRIT roams.

GENTLE WHISPERS.
The heated passion
of thee, You plucked
the sun and within my
heart warmth
You gave to me.
Teasing caresses
of natures breeze,
You whispered sweet
melodies of love to me.
When days and nights
of winter there'd be
You gave me warmth:
loving touch and the sweet
caresses; blessed togetherness.
Heated days in calming
waters I'd immerse...
the refreshing essences
of thee. Oh, Love, the
GENTLE WHISPERS
still of thee within my
heart for eternity.
