Cannot understate how important using buffs properly in expert mode is, changed my wall of flesh fight from “damnit that was close” to “oh man that was pretty easy” with the addition of like, one buff I forgot about that helped immensely in the fight

Caught in the dilemma of loving a game so much but also being ass at a certain aspect so I just keep ramming into the skill wall repeatedly and get upset doing so when I should really just step back and look at what I’m doing wrong and maybe try to tackle that but nah I’m to stubborn for that (expert mode skeleton is deceptively easy until your caught in his spiny skull and he grind you up like a blender)

I FINALLY got into terraria after having it for like almost a year now and not touching it since one time where I played an hour of it with my friend and god damn this is the exact type of game I’ve been needing for a while I’m so glad I got myself to just jump in and fuck around with minimal guidance,

Am doing some world building and had a neat name for cat-like creatures in my world that was a play on how one of the gods of my world is a human from our world who loves cats and joked around with the actual name, so another god created creatures similar to what she described them as and just now learned that I named them the Spanish word for CARDS.

Okay I thought about that birch forest concept art that the Minecraft team showed during the wild update development and just recently realized it’s so dumb that they tried playing off not having it in the game as “oh it’s just concept art”, like if it was just a concept and not something you’re actually planning on implementing DONT SHOW IT IN A LIVESTREAM WHERE YOUR TALKING ABOUT AN UPCOMING UPDATE? Like it was poised perfe as a “we haven’t developed it yet but here’s concept art of something we wanna add” and when it ended up not being in the update they acted like it was never meant to hint at anything? Idk man it just kinda pisses me off how disappointing recent Minecraft updates have been and how shit the Minecraft team seems to be at probably communicating with their community how they say they want to like with the recent changes to the copper bulb and crafter that completely ruin most of the unique red stone uses they had when first introduced.

Every time I see a TikTok about someone drawing Miku in place of Jesus as a joke or something along those lines and like, every time there are so many Christian’s that are so offended by such a simple and harmless joke. Like I’m not religious let alone Christian so I guess I don’t understand exactly how offensive drawing miku crucified is but people are just so hurt by it apparently? And it’s not even a wrathful hurt just the weird passive aggressive “Ill pray for you” or “may god forgive you” bullshit they say all the damn time but idk, I just really don’t get why people cling so hard to these “rules” written in millennia old books that have been rewritten and translated so much that there are multiple interpretations of passages based off different translations of the text alone.

I find it ironic that Minecraft lore can be theorized on so deeply by many with various pieces of evidence to support those theories but the one thing that can only be speculated on is the origin of how we, the player, got there. The only thing we know about ourselves in Minecraft is that we’re here and we have so much to do in this world.

Okay I have a theory about sukuna, chapter 267 spoilers

Ok so since sukuna can transform into his true form with his 4 arms and 2 faces thing, I’ve been thinking maybe that form was a result of a curse by someone? Like with how Mai could gave Maki her heavenly restriction because they were twins and all that jujitsu stuff, maybe in his past sukuna had a twin brother who he treated horribly and eventually that brother got so fed up that one night he took his own life to forever curse sukuna to be permanently disfigured and be shunned because of his appearance, which lead to him losing his humanity and becoming the king of curses? Or maybe this theoretical twin was being eaten by sukuna cause sukuna is a carnivore and while being eaten performed the curse then? Just a theory but it might explain how sukuna came to be as he is and why he had two faces and 4 arms

Was reading this Reddit post where the op was complaining that her boyfriend “doesn’t use his brain” and I realized that he probably adhd cause I have similar symptoms to him and do similar stuff to what the op was saying he does and so I read through the comments and learned about like 3 different disorders and conditions that I realized I probably also had that helped explain these behaviors and symptoms I have so that’s fun

Anyway I learned about dyspraxia and sjorgren’s syndrome so that’s fun

Man I did not know what I was getting myself into when going for the tourist quests in 76 at level 10, I had to run from a level 75 Ogua and cowered in fear of a level 30 scorched beast before I realized I could fast travel away.

Still was more fun than the machine turrets that randomly decited to obliterate my health 20 times over and stun me for some reason
