Lego Luft Synthesizer / Lego / Hamburg Der Hamburger Musiker & Produzent LEGOLUFT experimentiert seit 2003 mit Circuit Bending und DIY-Techniken, die in verschiedenen Projekten, wie dem experimentellen Elektronik Duo MONOMAL & MUTTERMAHL und dem KrachkistenOrchester von Tintin Patrone angewandt werden. In seinem neuen Solo-Live-Projekt LEGOLUFT verschmelzen circuit bend Soundmanipulationen und einfache Homekeyboardsounds zu einem synthetischem Dub mit 8bit Chiptune Feeling.

Let's start with the bad news for 8-bit music fans in Hamburg: this 8 Pauli will be the last edition. And now the good news: it will be in our favorite location the Goldener Salon again. And there will be more artists than ever. In fact, all the best artists from the 8-bit scene in Hamburg and Berlin will be there. Because the line-up will be so full, we'll start punctually at 21.00. Hamburgs biggest 8-Bit event is back. And we're moving our Gameboys, synths, glitchy beamers and laserguns to the middle of the Schanze. For the first time, we will play in the Astra Stube and we'll start at an appropriate time for underground electronic music: midnight. And because in the meantime the 8-Bit scene in this city has grown, we have a line-up that's 100% from Hamburg.

Legoluft Synthesizer/Lego/Hamburg A lego man on stage with lots of synths. The Hamburg based musician and producer Legoluft is experimenting since 2003 with circuit bending and DIY-techniques, which are used in different projects like the experimental electronic duo Monomal & Muttermahl and the KrachkistenOrchester von Tintin Patrone. His solo live-project Legoluft is a mix between circuit bended soundmanipulations and simple homekeyboardsounds with an 8-Bit Chiptune feeling. http://www.legoluft.de

Time flies when you’re having fun. A little bit over 2 years ago we organized our first 8 Pauli party in the Bar Nouar. And friday the 14th of October we celebrate our 10th anniversary. It’s going to be an evening with energetic retromusic and the best artists from Holland, Berlin and Hamburg. 8 Pauli is always (excitingly) different, but this 10th party is a must for every chiptune fan.

A must-see for chiptunefans. irq7 Gameboy/Electro/Nürnberg Hannes Fertala, a.k.a. irq7, is the founder of „Chip Hits The Fan“, one of the bigger chiptune-festivals in Germany. His songs are influenced by the music of the 8-Bit homecomputer-scene and modern clubsounds, like electro, drum ´n bass and breakbeats. Catchy melodies and danceable beats are his trademark.
