After weeks of nothing, in the last few days I've gotten a lot of progress done on my wip. I'm actually pretty close to finishing it!

Aah, bedtime now. Today we headed to a classical music concert... to find out that the concert had been cancelled as one of the musicians suffered a loss. I also realized I was supposed to have a hospital visit two days ago I completely forgot about.

Hopefully the next week is not, like, dreadful. I need cold weather...

summer is the worst time of year and I do not want to do things in hot humid air. may I please have some cooler air? I can’t find a label on me that says “store in a cool, dry place” but I’m sure it’s there somewhere.

anyway you should always remember that all those foreigners you see dying on the news are just as real people as you are who have just as much interiority as you do. there is nothing about you that makes you more important and it is by pure chance that you are not in their position. in fact, this holds for all of history. every person, no matter the horror of the fate that befell them, had just as much interiority as you do. i feel like some people haven't fully internalized this.
