food and cleaning
morning:
feed cat coffee + breakfast (yoghurt and museli) fill water bottle snack (fruit or salad)
middle of the day:
lunch (sandwich or toastie w or w/o salad) 1 SMALL cleaning activity Electrolyte drink Snack (crackers and/or salad)
afternoon:
feed cat wash dishes dinner (toastie or something in the pressure cooker, rice w vegetables perhaps. MAKE SURE to add salt to meal) Make sure bottle of water has been drunk Clear and wipe down counter

here we go again, got taken out of the game for the day doing routine activity, so i thought i'd create a few little aspirational + scaleable routines for daily use and see how that goes. I have a friend coming over very soon, so my schedule is about to be shot to shit but I want to keep trying to have as much active time as possible
