I know it's not Pride Month until 1st of June, but we aren't any less queer any other month! So we're starting early!

Now more than ever, months and days that draw attention to the LGBTQIA+ community and the struggles and hate we face daily are needed, we live in frightening uncertain times, so our voices need to be louder and prouder than ever!

But it's also a time to celebrate all the things that make each of us unique, to celebrate our differences and similarities, we have always been here, we will always be here, and no matter how much they may try we will not be silenced. So to all our LGBTQIA+ followers we see you, you are loved, you are forever welcome.

With the nonsense ruling from the UK supreme court today, I will say again: Trans people are welcomed, accepted, and loved on this account. If you don't like that, or if you support JKR and TERF rhetoric, I want nothing to do with you and you are not welcome here.

Some sad news today, author Peter David passed away on the 24th of May at the age of 68.

He is known for writing Star Trek novels such as IQ, and Q-In-Law to name but a few, as well as writing for other fandoms such as Marvel and Halo. His Trek books were a part of what made me fall in love with Star Trek alongside the TV shows and movies, the halls of Sto'Vo'Kor have gained another legend amongst their ranks, rest in peace
