having an invisible disability and being young fucking sucks

i have POTS and chronic pain. both of these are things able-bodied people usually overlook or just dont understand. personally, i dont understand the concept of being able to walk somewhere and not fear your back giving out half way there.

and because im so young, people think im being dramatic when i say im about to pass out because of my pots, or that my back is so painful i physically cannot stand up. what am i supposed to say to that?

also, how am i suppose to be proud of these things? they only make my life harder and more traumatic. ive learned to exist despite them. im also not as fucking fragile as some people expect me to be
