i was wondering cause i know c!dream is a very widely disliked character, and the connection to cc!dream/dreamteam cause a lot of issues too, so im not sure if c!dream would fall under the Problematic Creator umbrella ^^'

I do not know what all of these Cs mean. I have zero knowledge on the dream community.

Thinking logically, I would say a faitive would count, but fictive wouldn't

Faitives are welcome !!

Fictives of characters who were played by bad people or created by bad people can request, but may be denied on a case by case basis depending on our comforts

For example, a Benny Weir fictive can request, Atticus Mitchell is not a good man and its literally his face, but I wont do any Vivziepop character requests.

But we wont fill requests for fictives that are only problematic because they were the "bad guy" of their source- and if the blog becomes overrun with fictive requests, we will stop doing that

Hi!

We still exist, at least, the system in charge of the problematicfactive blog and this blog still exist. We are pretty desperately in need of other blog mods who will actually... Do something. It's something that we've asked for multiple times but. Nothing came of it.

Along with that, the member who started this whole thing is really really unwell

Basically, we're still here. If you wanna put in a request, I can try my best to get to it when I have the time

For the person who requested will smith, I apologize greatly, what happened was most definitely that another mod saw it and didn't communicate that the request had come through to the test of us. I'll work on that as SOON as I can.

Hello to everyone! We need some help

Its been a while since I made a post in the subject, but at this point there's just too much pressure on me. I'm only one person and I'm carrying a community.

For those of you who don't know, or do and just forgot, I mod this blog, a problematic factive discord server, and a request blog for problematic factives. And I need a little bit of help.

For some reason, I have no clue why, the other mods for our request blog have not been of any help. I need moderators who will at the very least engage with the blog and make attempts to help out with it when they can

I also need moderators for my discord server, this is less of an urgent need, but we love to be safe over sorry.

To do or be either requires that you have discord. Please reach out to me if you're interested, the help would be greatly accepted 🫶

write weird shit. Write indulgent au fanfiction and self insert fics. Write creepy horror scenes and random character crossover dialogue. Write in a different genre. Write that sex scene that you know won’t make the cut. Write about sentient furniture turning into werewolves that try to date your MC. Write whump or hero/villain fic. Write your kink. Write your worst nightmare. Write your delusions of power and fantasies of control. Write whatever the fuck you feel like. Write whatever comes to mind. You don’t have to share it with anyone (but you can). Your writing impulses don’t define your morality anymore than your reading preferences, and actually going outside your comfort zone will improve your writing skills (making a horrifying villain sympathetic requires good characterization). Even if it doesn’t improve your skills, that’s still something you created out of nothing. It’s still valuable. Don’t let purity culture kill your creativity. That’s how culture stagnates. That’s how writing stops being fun.

Dahmer Identity flags

I made these a while back and ended up forgetting about them. These flags were created simply as a way of showing that your identity is dahmer. With that fact, these flags are not factive specific. Anyone who identifies as Dahmer can use them. And though I didn't make them with people who identify*with* Dahmer in mind, I'm not going to police the term all that much. Use it if it works for you

The glasses one is for those who are less connected or just less connected to the harmful things that were done, the drill is for more connected.

Just a quick note since we have been getting requests related to Wilbur Soot: considering the allegations against william gold, we have decided that, while we will accept requests for c!wilbur soot and his other character personas (and will trigger tag the requests accordingly), we no longer feel comfortable doing requests themed around his cc!.

I don't have any asks to answer at the moment so I decided to make a flag for "problematic" factives as I couldn't find a pre-existing one. Anyone is free to use it just so long as they are a factive with a source deemed "problematic"

Below the cut

a flag with 7 stripes and two circles, the flag order is dark red, dark purple, pale dark blue, black, pale dark blue, dark purple, dark red. The circles are yellow and translucent yellow and the translucent yellow is bigger than and engulfing the yellow circle ]]

The red stands for blood split, either metaphorical or literal, the purple for evil or perception of being evil, the blue for the feeling of drowning in hatred, the black for a void with no way out, and the yellow represents being one's own person and being innocent in the long run

"What factives are problematic?"

We cannot decide who does and doesn't count as a problem. That is up to you.

That being said, we don't consider people who "Aren't problematic as people, but the internet hates factives of" to really be problematic factives. The internet hates factives anyways.

"Can I request if I'm not a problematic factive?"

Currently I ask that kins and irls don't request. This may change in the future

Factives who are related to a problematic factive (ie David Dahmer) are welcome to request

Factives who aren't problematic can request, but weather or not your ask will be gotten to really just depends on if the mods are willing to or have the time to do it
