Hello, this is the solarflare-bah blog!

BAH stands for build a headmate

Building a headmate is the process of actively creating an alter/headmate/sysmate based off a pack or details pre-determined about said headmate

This blog is run by a system member and we sometimes flip between using one person and multi person pronouns but you will be getting no more info about us than that

It is completely normal for a headmate from a BAH pack to not come out perfectly of what the pack said!

We've been gone forever.... oops. But we should get back into the swing of things since summer break is coming up! There are a few changes to how we run things now:

We'll be using userboxes for the mod who's posting! (Hopefully.) Mostly because Tumblr doesn't allow you to post blank responses to messages. Here are the ones we currently have:

This post is by Mod Gin, btw! (Don't ask why mine says from and theirs says by. That's a mistake on my end but hopefully isn't too distracting.)

We've also been considering rebranding into a more general "Problematic Alters" blog. Right now we just specify fictives (although factives and other introjects are completely welcome to submit things!) but we should probably specify what we post and make it an inclusive space for alters that do problematic things or disagree with something the rest of their system believes, so on and so forth. Since we've been dealing with that during our hiatus and it's been very healing to accept them and hear them out.

Anyways, let us know what you think! We'll get back to your regularly scheduled posting here soon!

A general list of wills/wonts, what not to request, how not to ask and the like.

Blacklisted media [n/a atm]

Whitelist includes anything we have done so far, if curious send an ask or search key words on our blog!

Wills:

- fictive, factive, songtive and other introject type userboxes

- most problematic media (usually taken on by mod nyan)

- specific sources

- generally anything starting with "this introject/(fic/fact)ive" etc

- specific term use (roles, fictroject and other alt terms, orientations etc)

- specific graphic use (icons, pngs, logos, characters, flags etc)

Wonts:

- different coloured boxes

- font change

- discourse topics (syscourse, queercourse, shipcourse or other)

How to ask:

We appreciate when people are polite, have patience with us!

Please do not

- send asks in all caps

- send asks in coloured text or changed fonts

- abbreviate source/media names

Please do

- keep box requests to a maximum of 3-5 per ask

- provide translations for typing quirks

- provide images for any request if you would like a specific picture used (ie. Noncanon characters, specific characters or logos, flags etc), if fanart please provide the artist's name and their consent for use of their work in edits! Links are fine!

Hello! Welcome to my kin blog / main. I kinda do whatever here, but this is where I put (most) of the stuff on my alterhumanity, sometimes plurality, usually random junk lmao. I make userboxes and other things on @12sidedsquare.

You can call me Twelve or any of my kins' names. I am a minor, alterhuman, and a mediple system. Please treat me like a singlet unless the context calls otherwise. (/srs) My current pronouns will always be listed above with my current shift.

I have no set DNI and I just block whoever makes me uncomfortable. Try not to violate your own DNI though?

I generally block any sort of violent / aggressive discourse, no matter which side or what discourse. Includes "(stance) fuck off" tags.

Btw, I try to respect anyone's identity no matter what, even if I don't quite understand it. I care more about your actions that whatever you identify as.

I have kintypes from problematic media (specifically Harry Potter and Hazbin Hotel). I usually put cw tags on those posts, but if either make you uncomfortable, you might not want to follow me.

I feel the need to iterate this again but even though I am a system and will be tagging fronters occasionally, treat us like one person.

I'm learning several languages (Russian & Norwegian mainly as well as Latin in school, Mandarin and Cantonese too but that's mostly just learning to read since I can speak) but I'm only actually fluent in English. Still, I'll occasionally post in them because it helps me remember. Please feel free to reply or correct me or whatnot, I'm literally teaching myself for all but Latin lol.
