I am the planner, architect and developer of The KB3 mixed use complex in Jakarta’s Jalan Karbela Barat No.3 but my family were also the developers and managers who invited 1 million workers to began the construction of The KB3, expected on 27 February 2020 and it will be completed by 3 January 2021, but my birth home in Jalan Karbela Barat No.3 is being reopened by 10 February 2020 with a completion of extensive rework of renovation of interiors and exteriors that began on 27 February 2020. The KB3 will expected to open by 11 February 2021 with an attendance included me, my family, my friends, and many more. With the interiors and exterior design from the Japanese and European architecture, but the underground areas will be mainly influenced from Japanese underground shopping areas, Chicago Pedway and Montreal’s Underground City.
The hotel and apartment rooms over The KB3 will look more futurist, minimalist, windowless, and influenced from the 21st century European style architecture.
My family (Mama and Papa) will be earning over 2,000,000,000,000 rupiah (2 trillion rupiah) from the redevelopment plan of Jalan Karbela Barat No.3 as the mixed-use complex, known as The KB3 (named after the initials of Jalan Karbela Barat No.3).
While completed, many apartments rooms over The KB3 will housed over more than a hundreds or thousands of residents, and it’ll attract more than million visitors.
The construction of The KB3 will be supported by the EU and the US government
