IDEA ABOUT THE WAY WE REFER TO BILLIONARIES
The existance of billionaires is stupid and immoral. My proposal is that we refer to the wealth of billionaires in units of a million, so people better understand just how fucking rich billionaires are. Just saying 10 billion doesn’t sound like a lot but saying 10 thousand million does! A million dollars is enough to change the lives of billions of people (as in billions of people fall under the category of people whose lives would be changed by a million dollars). Elon Musk (ew) at his peak net worth had fucking 320 billion dollars in Nov 2021 according to Forbes. That is 320 thousand units of a million dollars. That is one third of 1 million squared. A trillion is one million squared. Elon Musk was worth a THIRD of that.
TL:DR : Fuck billionaires, fuck Elon Musk. Referring to x billion as x thousand million makes the number sound much bigger and we should refer to the net worths of billionaires in units of millions.

Just a thought regarding bigotry in general, not sure what group I'm referring to exactly, but a whole bunch of people in (even) queer spaces don't "understand" bigotry exactly.
There's the post/idea about how using someone's acceptance of furries as a litmus test for how accepting someone is and it just completely rings true. Bigotry isn't homophobia, racism, or transphobia. Being queer doesn't shield you from being a bigot. People who aren't anti-semetic, homophobic, racist etc, can still be bigots! Bigotry isn't the word we slap onto people disliking the "popular" marginalized groups, Bigotry is an overarching concept of harming people (who are minding their own business) because you don't like some aspect of them.
I will preface my next words with these: I don't believe in the idea of thoughtcrimes. I believe people should be allowed to internally harbor dislike of anything for any reason as "stupid" as it may be and not be forced to "enjoy" something they don't. I also do not claim that my definition of bigotry is all-encompassing and 100% correct.
What bigotry is is harming someone for no reason other than a false belief or a dislike of something they do that doesn't harm anyone. Take the aforementioned furries as an example. I don't personally find animal suits attractive, nor do I strongly identify with the furry community in any way. I don't go around making fun of furries, making memes about killing furries, nor do I go around saying how being a furry is morally wrong just because I don't get the appeal. If someone is doing something "weird," or "cringe," it is bigotry of the same type as racism or homophobia to make fun of someone for their interests.
Sure, someone with a hypothetical harmful interest, such as (the hypothetical interest of) calling everyone around you slurs, or attempting to murder everyone you see, should be told that such actions harm people and should not be done, but for the most part, interests such as self-labeling, non-canon (especially incestual or age gap) shipping, and interests in "imaginary' stuff aren't harming anyone. People should be allowed to do whatever the hell they want without harming others. It is bigotry to discriminate against someone for having any interest/having any identity, even if you're the queerest queer to ever queer. It's still bigotry if a gay person were to discriminate against a straight person for being straight. Bigotry isn't just the discrimination against minority groups.
Feel free to message me and disagree, but beware that I will make fun of the extremely stupid messages I get on this blog. (Genuine questions don't count as stupid)
