Celine had every opportunity to be the best mother figure to the girls and she fumbled SO HARD 😭😭
I know she was trying to protect Rumi, but she told her to cover up who she was. She couldn't even LOOK AT HER when she was in her demon form having a breakdown.
She forced Rumi to keep who she was a secret from Zoey and Mira, which put a huge dent on their friendship even though they made up later. (Which I'm glad they did because I would not be able to cope otherwise 😭😭)
And to top it all off, she had the GUTS to say that she would tell Zoey and Mira that it was all a lie? That her patterns were a lie? And tried to get Rumi to cover up again?

KPop Demon Hunters is everything that movies should be right now. Bringing people together, cherishing the true power and essence of friendship, and the message that you're not alone.
The songs? Absolutely amazing. The VILLAIN SONG? ADDICTING!
The animation and art was STUNNING. And while that does help, the premise, the message, should land as well. That's what makes a movie truly successful. And it DID!
SONY? Stay in the kitchen because you have been COOKING with these movies! I need more projects of yours to consume!!!
The whole movie mastered the 'show don't tell' aspect of movies.
I had a BLAST watching this. I hope they make a series or something because I NEED MORE!!!
