Piper felt a flutter in her stomach as she stood waiting under the wedding arch. She slowly opened her eyes to see her beautiful bride slowly approaching.

Ulrike held her breath, looking up at Piper with wide eyes. She didn’t know why she was nervous, but for some reason the seconds felt like years.

“YES! Yes of course! I’ve been waiting so long for you to ask” Piper squealed

Ulrike slipped the gorgeous ring over her *FIANCE’S* slim finger. Piper was entranced by the glimmering gemstone

“We’re getting married!” She exclaimed, jumping into Ulrike’s arms

When Ulrike suggested they go for a walk, Piper’s ears perked up 

“Sure!” she said, “let me go run a comb through my hair” Piper hurried to their shared bathroom and looked herself in the eye in the mirror. 

holy shit, she thought, this is it!

They lazily walked down the hill to their little spot on the beach, where Piper would lay on her towel with a book and Ulrike sketched on hazy Sunday afternoons. Instead of plopping down in the sand however, Ulrike pulled piper into a passionate kiss.

The sun warmed them as they enjoyed a moment together, Ulrike slowly untangled herself from their kiss, and before Piper could react, she dropped to her knee.

“Piper Menthe, meeting you was kismet, you brought flavor into my life, and I will love you forever. Will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?”
