Fairy Accountant
A little story I wrote to pass the time one night.
I am the original author. I wrote this in September 2020. This is the first time posting it anywhere online. I hope those that read it enjoy it.
I was walking through the woods one morning without really paying attention to where I was going and I came across a small clearing. In this clearing sat a small winged person. The wings looked like the wings of a dragonfly only a little bit shorter and a little bit pointier. The person was so small she was the size of a doll. In fact I thought she was a doll when I first saw her. Until she moved. She didnāt see me at first so I just watched in silence. She wore a snug fitting light blue suit, comfortable looking flat shoes that perfectly matched her suit and had on a tiny pair of half frame spectacles. Her purple-red hair was pulled back into a pony tail and tied with a pink ribbon. She was writing something in a tiny book. When She paused and looked up thatās when she noticed me. I nodded to her, she nodded back, calmly put her things in a small briefcase I didnāt see before then started to fly away. She paused when she was almost out of the clearing, turned around and flew to me instead. I didnāt move the entire time she was flying. I only watched. When she was just out of reach she said āYou didnāt sneak up on me and you didnāt chase after me. Why?ā My reply was simple as I took a seat. āI donāt like being chased, so I assumed you wouldnāt either.ā āAnd now you arenāt even trying to catch me. Instead you are talking to me, making no aggressive moves what so ever. In fact you are doing the opposite. You sat down.ā She narrows her eyes. āThis isnāt some kind of trick is it?ā āNope. Itās just more comfortable to talk to someone while sitting.ā I take a quick glance around looking for something for her to sit on. I spot a small rock few feet away. āThere is a rock you can sit or stand on right there. Itās out of my reach if that will make you more comfortable. Just so you can give your wings a rest.ā She looks to where Iām pointing. āI donāt get you. You arenāt like other humans.ā She slowly descends to the rock, lands so that she is standing on it. āNo, Iām not like a lot of people, or humans, as you say. Most people donāt wonder in the woods without knowing where they are anymore. Iām not here to hurt anything, catch anything, or even pick the flowers. Just to think and to look at things as they should be. We introduce ourselves and start talking about our lives. As it turns out we are both accountants. She needed a vacation since she hasnāt had one in almost 200 years so her boss decided to give her a year off. Today is her first day. The company I worked for just went bankrupt so Iām out here thinking about where to go from here. We were talking for quite some time, the sun is setting; sheās sitting on my knee at this point, when we hear a musical melody coming from her briefcase. She reaches in and pulls out this tiny cell phone. āHello? No. All the files I was working on have been sent to Shirella as requested. She confirmed she received them yesterday. Yes. Yes. His lordships file has been sent directly to you. Encrypted. Encryption key and file are on separate flash drives in your safe as directed. Yes. Yes. Yes. I will. See you in a year. Bye.ā āSorry. Work.ā She says with a sigh. āI understand. I take it Shirella isnāt the best at what she does?ā I empathise. A very derisive āHa! You have No Idea! Air head comes to mind. The only reason she got the job in the first is, well, Nymph. Says it all!ā I canāt help but chuckle at that. Her reply to the chuckle, āWhatās so funny?ā āWe all know someone like that. Happens in the human world all too often.ā We end up talking long into the night. Our lives arenāt all that different after all. Richard Clarke

A very wise person once said "Patience is a virtue." And everyone that heard them cheered for this piece of wisdom that had been bestowed upon them. However the cheers were so uproarious that they drowned out the rest of what was said. "It can also be a hindrance. When you know the difference then you have learned the true value of patience."

I need to help them get a new one and mattresses are expensive so please if anyone could help out it would save their life and we would greatly appreciate it š
Anything would help! My goal is to hit $1,899 so a little would go a long way
This is my pay pal -> donate

Aloha my dear friends~hereāre couple words to share with you all. Itās been 8 years since the first time I decided to quit my ordinary but stable job, and turn myself into an creator here. I deeply feel blessed and grateful to have you all being so supportive to me.
As you can see, most of my works were mainly created about āfan artā all these years. I still squeezed part of my time ( which is so damn hard since Iāve been quite productive ) working on my own OC, including some design of charactersćillustrations and corresponding sketchs. I dreamed of drawing my own story in my early paint-learning days and no a second did I ever forget about it. I am always seeking to find the balance between fan art and my very own OC. NOW I think itās timeļ¼I donāt want to hesitate any longer and hope you may enjoy it.
From the next month onļ¼Iāll attach 2-3 of my OC works to my future content. And the works may vary from HD illustions to PSDs according to different tiers. Wish sweat on dreams wonāt be in vain. Again, my dear friends, so appreciate for your generous support! Stay tuned!
By the way, I have changed my id name, and my new story is called SPIRIT, This is a new beginning, I wish I can tell the story well, hope you enjoy it!

Depression.
What living with depression is like for me.
Every day I wake up I have a hill to climb.
Sometimes that hill is just a gentle slope.no big deal. not even enough to cause me to be winded when I reach the top.
Sometimes the hill is a little bit steeper and taller. I'm winded and sore from the climb. But I was able to make it to the top.
Sometimes that hill isn't a hill but a mountain. a hard climb but still possible. Sometimes the mountain is a lot bigger. Only a few have ever succeeded much like mount Everest.
Then sometimes that hill is like trying to climb from the base of the Hawian islands at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean with the crushing weight of the water pushing me down holding me where I am. I can't even lift my arms.
These are the days I don't want to be here anymore. I want to quit. give in. Give Up. Call it curtains. Fold.
Then I hear my son. his voice reminds me of why I'm here. Reminds me of my little girl. Not so little anymore. I have a daughter, son, and grandson. A wife, mother, sister, and brother. aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
I have all these people in my life. All these reasons to NOT quit. NOT give in. NOT Give Up. NOT Call it curtains. NOT Fold.
I have mountains to conquer! I have mountains to pound into small hills with every step I take.
Every day I wake up.
Every Day I WILL climb.

A few more origami projects I completed. The ball is 90 pieces of 4cm squares. About 11 hours due to the size of the paper. Using small pieces of paper for that model is more difficult than larger pieces. 2 interlocking cubes are 12 pieces 7.5 by 3.75 cm. The star is 8 pieces or 7.5 cm foil paper. The star can slide out to the edges to make an octagon as shown in short video of a rainbow onw I made.

Our world as we knew it is gone. Our world has forever changed. Let's try our damndest to make this one better than the one we left behind. To every one out there, Stay Safe, help when can, and get help when you need it.
