I wanted to inquire more about Burd!

Anything is fine, I just wanna know more about em ✨️

Sure! Burd isn't much of a developed character, but I do have a bit. He was a bodyguard for a hive cartel boss on an industrial world. His cartel crossed the enforcers at some point and failed to provide sufficient bribes, so they came down hard on the gang. Burd was captured and shipped off to a prison colony to do hard labor before being picked up by the Inquisition. He remained optimistic and cheerful about it pretty much the entire way through. He's the "Bodyguard" personality in game, which are also a little too smart for what ogryns are supposed to be, but I think that's canon. Ogryns aren't stupid, their brains are just hyper attuned to calculate the trajectory of a cinderblock into a sniper's face at 30m.

His name is Burd because his momma thought he was pretty like a little burd.

I don't think I've ever posted my darktide zealot. Her name is scriven and she's bald and her entire body is inked with scripture. She has no idea how close to heresy this is. Also, beefy bimbo. Here she is feeding her other zealots some wine. They're always like this

Woah, how'd you make your knight armor render? It's been a age since I've touched blender so I personally wouldn't know where to begin on all that, but I've got tons of knights I'd love to make myself.

Inefficiently Which is to say, I've just been building everything from scratch, referencing some of my own drawings. I followed a few tutorials for really basic modeling early on and picked up enough to feel the rest out for myself. It's taken me a few tries but I'm getting the hang of it. Nothing for it but to go learn!

I was wondering, did you ever pan out a possible "what if" about lark being taken by the black ships?

Oh yeah I have. It's actually important to her relationship with Thavu (sibling) who has been on the black ships and gone through the right and proper psyker process. Long story short, Lark wouldn't make it. She'd either crack under the weight of psychic misery during the journey, be judged too irredeemably unsanctioned and given over as Emperor chow, or somehow make it into the hands of the Scholastica Psykana and fail to survive that crucible. Lark is soft, and all of her psychic resilience is self taught and edges into some dangerous territory. She's too willingly open to the Warp and the souls around her to survive the Imperium's attention for long.

So yeah believe it or not, being an expendable pawn for the Inquisition is kind of the best outcome for her.

Would Nitra give Lark greatsword lessons?

Nitra is more of a blunt force trauma kinda gal, and Lark already has a sword wife! Lark has had quite a few sexual tension charged sword lessons, just with Sordid in particular.
