Hii! I saw one of your asks and you mentioned dinosaur origami. I was curious if you had any pictures because that sounds just so cool. Origami is so hard. Maybe it's just me. A very cool art, though, and I love dinosaurs. (Spinosaurus & Kaprosuchus are my top two) Do you have any favorites? 🦕 :)))

Hiii! Ngl I kinda forgor about this ask, but I'm here now! This is the book that I use, its super beginner friendly, and the instructions are incredibly detailed with pictures!

However! All you really need to start origami is some paper, most of the time square, and you can find instructions online! origami.guide has a bunch of different patterns that are organized in a whole lot of ways, and origami.me also has a bunch!

Always make sure to start with the easy stuff but don't sweat it if you're bad at first, I've just been doing origami for years, so I have some experience to rely on.

My favorite one to have made is the Triceratops bc it's pretty fun to make, but my favorite dinosaur ever is probably the stegosaurus, but I don't know much ab dinosaurs, so that could change in the future.

Its packed on a Friday night, but orders themselves have slowed down, and Waitress has already checked on all of her tables when Kyle's register runs out of receipt paper while dealing with a customer. There's none left in the little cabinet by his feet, so he asks Waitress to "Please get me another roll, thank you, luv."

Waitress heads back to dry storage where all the managerial stuff is kept to get some, but the door is stuck for some reason. No big deal, its a shit door anyway, so a little extra chutzpah is all it needs to open. Instead of the receipt paper, she finds the sous fucking the head. They both turn to look at her. Ghost doesn't stop.

Soap (though he all but demands she calls him Johnny) bites back his sounds just enough to talk, "Need somethin', bon?"

Waitress's mouth is full of sand, "Receipt paper. Sorry for, uh, interrupting." Ghost reaches up to the top shelf with one hand, the other gripping his partner's waist with a bruising grip, snags a roll, and tosses it to her. "Right, yeah... Have fun guys, I guess."

Target secured, Waitress retreats hastily, all but slamming the door behind her, schooling her expression and scrambling to return and replenish the receipt printer. Kyle nods his thanks. If he notices any difference in her, he doesn't pay it much mind. They gossip together in the front of house after every shit anyway, so he's sure to hear all about it soon enough.

A rant bc I saw something that lowkey made me cry. (I'm also sick, so that was part of the reason)

There is so little body positivity stuff for petite people, bc I am one of them, and we share a lot of issues with plus sized people. I have to search through specific stores to find clothes that fit (exactly one pair of my jeans actually fits my waist, and I have gone to stores where every single dress even the size 0 ones were too big), we get many many comments on our bodies or speculation that we have an ed (You should eat a burger, you shouldn't be able to see your bones, etc), and there is very little representation in media, bc while a lot of characters are short, there's not a whole lot that have small tits or a small ass or skinny thighs.

The main difference, though, is that bc we're so close to being the ideal, we're often overlooked when it comes to body positivity, and it can be really hard to mention the struggles that come with being petite bc it can make us seem entitled.

Even in fandom space, I've seen a large movement to have more inclusive readers or to have fics that cater to self described fat/chubby people, and I think it's great! But I don't think I've ever seen a fic that actually had my body type. I have small tits, barely an ass, and my thighs don't touch at all, yet even neutral readers are often portrayed as having large assets, so to speak. Not to mention the multiple times where people with my body type are described as undesirable or unattractive.

I even read this one fic that had a throway line said by the male love interest who said that "Thigh gaps are unnatural." I don't want to throw any shade or be rude to the author, hence my extreme vagueness, but that line really stuck with me. If thigh gaps are unnatural, what does that make me, someone whose thighs don't even touch?

It just feels bad all around bc I don't think I've ever seen myself in a fic without having to mentally alter features, but I never want to say anything bc what if I come across as pretentious, or fatphobic, or otherwise entitled? Idk, it just seems like I'm on the wrong side of the spectrum of body types sometimes.

2. It depends on how little, normally just some shorts and a t shirt (with interesting socks always), but if I'm running really low on laundry, then a dress.

5. Regular milk, but I do not drink milk.

6. Cereal first, but that's just because I don't use milk. I like to eat cereal as like a little midday snack and not as breakfast.

7. I think... I'd try to skin someone alive without them bleeding out to see how long it takes for the infections to get them. It would be neat.

Saw a reel about how STEM majors assume they're smarter than arts and humanities majors bc their majors are "harder" and a lot of the comments were just STEM majors saying that they were.

Like, bestie, we're not trying to compare how hard our majors are. We're just asking you not to devalue out work bc you don't understand the immediate value it brings to society. STEM gives concrete things and benefits, and arts and humanities shows you how to think and interact with those things as well as each other. (Ironically, the reason why you're so valued is bc of arts and humanities)

Anyways, it's infuriating to be considered dumb or doing something that can really only be a hobby bc people don't understand the intricacies of my major or how hard/important it is.
