This fandom is exhausting. I can’t make a single, positive pro Elucien comment on BB posts without several people insulting me, making gross anti ginger / Lucien comments, instigating fights while calling ME a hater when they came after me first. Days after the post happened even. It happens EVERY time. Some of us just want to engage with the source in the only way we can since SJM is unreachable.

Get a freaking life. I’m sick of it. If this book weren’t coming out, I’d be long gone, and I’m sure that’s the truth for many creators. This fandom’s toxicity would have long chased out your favorite contributors if it weren’t for this looming book.

- at first you wondered if you started to bother az, but only you could notice the little things, the secret gifts, scooting his chair closer to yours thinking you can't see and touching your legs together, if you go to a club and set your drink down his shadows will cover it until he gets to it and holds it until he sees you

-as you started to get closer... your family and friends got farther. At first the boys wanted to meet them, especially Rhys, to impress them, but now you barley see them

-whenever you mentioned going out they came with or offered to go with you somewhere else

-a gym friend you had who over focuses on bulking up who likes to invite you over to workout out asked you about your love life, "have you found the right man yet?” He smirked, he had tried getting with you in the past but now would just flirt often, usually harmlessly

- you decided to tell him that you found your mates, he didn't have the best reaction

-he seemed startled enough but-three of them??

- to say the least, he said some pretty nasty things about you and the relationship

-you left feeling like shit

-cassian and Rhys came over feeling you emotions from the bond

-you felt embarrassed from being almost on the verge of tears, but he said to you, about you?

-the tears started to come and Cassian immediately got a hold of you and held you shushing and whispering to you

-helped you calm down

-Rhys used his powers and helped relax you, and softly rubbing your back, his voice replaced cassians

-so then azriel came in

-Rhys shared the memory with the two others, seething

-as much as he wanted to go, he let az leave to take care of him

- cassian and Rhys carried you to bed, one at each side as you laid down, tears dried, and drained from the day

-cassian enveloped you from the back with his massive frame and Rhys in front of you, caressing your back and face

-when az returned, cassian was in deep sleep in his odd sleeping position and Rhys was barely awake watching over you

-Rhys switched with az, and left to finish off the “friend"

You had lived at that camp all your life. It’s where you were born, a fae male had visited and got your mother pregnant.

The camp deemed it impossible for a home to not have a man to lead it so you resides with Lord Devlon. You had a small room in the back of his house. You kept his residence clean with other females. You favorite time of the month has come-when the High Lord comes. That’s when the misogyny temporally stops.

This time one of the females was out sick at the war house so you were cleaning in it. You could barely hear what they were discussing but Devlon deemed it fine since “females can’t understand war tactics anyway.”

While cleaning you had heard the High Lord brought his High Lady to the meeting.

You were currently stacking bowls of stew onto a circle pan to carry out into the meeting room. As you entered you started distributing the bowls out starting with Devlon. You started to approach the High Lord. You kept your head up, not showing fear and obedience as the others in the camp.

You looked up into his eyes as you set the bowl down. You saw his eyes widen as he took you in. Feyre looked at him, feeling his emotions through the bond. “Rhys?”

“Not now Feyre” He had never called her that. He shut down the bond.

He watched the female who held her chin leave the room.

“Rhysand did you hear what I said?” Devlon asked across the table.

To you, you thought he was saving you.

Well, to some degree he was.

He lead you gently outside. Were you really getting out?

“She’s what?” Feyre demanded.

Rhys held you closer behind him. “The cauldron was wrong.”

What was going on?
