I started making this art almost a year ago, I wanted to make a video, but in the end I never finished it. The song is strongly associated with Heinrix, so I drew inspired by it.

something very old that I drew after watching Tron: The Rebellion. in fact, I watched this series several times, even as a child, I remember waiting for it on TV and all the time I had the feeling that I was watching one long episode without seeing the ending (my memories are confused for some reason). but when I grew up and reviewed it, I realized how much we lost with the closure of this project.

below is a bit of light erotic, also unfinished (like the series. ironic)

I read some interesting fanfiction somewhere on ao3 with the idea of "sensitive energy lines" or something like that, I wanted to portray it.

little bit of my thoughts under cut

I think about my OTPs, about two strong people who found each other and shared the care they had lacked for many years.

one of them had a more emotionally difficult childhood, worked hard and hard in their youth to become a "decent person", endured cold treatment from society and, possibly, relatives, grew up steadfast, but detached.

the second one had a warmer and more loving family (even if the environment was not so friendly, or it was at first), but due to circumstances they was forced to separate and start leading an independent life, which led them into a dangerous environment where they were forced to survive and adapt by not the most decent methods.

the beginning of their relationship was difficult, as their goals probably coincided, as well as some aspects of morality, but the methods were different and bordered on madness for the first and senseless cruelty for the second. It was only over time that they learned to see the world through each other's eyes and became more tolerant, and then they were able to understand each other, which led to respect, friendship and love.

and now, when the "persistent tin soldier" received the tenderness and warmth that they missed so much, but which they did not dare to ask for — even dream about, the second one, who is lost and embittered, who has received trust and acceptance that they has not felt since childhood, realizes how deep the ice of the first one goes into his soul and feels terrified. how could such a wonderful person like the first one be rejected by everyone — even their own family.

I saw this post and my brain decided that the slightly altered original portrait of Heinrix fits the description perfectly. for lack of time and energy to make full-fledged art, I made an extremely lazy sketch (at the same time I studied his face a little), I think it's worth redoing one day, but I wanted to visualize it THIS SECOND. I confess, I painted on top of the original, but this is only for the sake of speed

I have a very specific and haunting image in my head of Heinrix approaching the viewer half covered in shadow to the point where you can’t really see his face but the pupils in his eyes are glowing in the dark like an animal with a car’s headlights shining on it. I mean, guy’s a psyker and an Agent of the Inquisition, either one of those alone is pretty scary to any Imperial citizen.

Anyway, someone who’s waaaaay better at art than I should make that.

I saw an interesting thought in some comic about the paranormal: "some are cursed to see otherworldly, and others to hear" and thought about Cassia and Idira. then I thought from above, "what if the third are cursed to feel?" and then I remembered about Heinrix, literally freezing because of the warp, and the picture turned out to be interesting.

however, not knowing how to fit this idea into a picture, and not a comic book or a drabble, I remembered "I see no evil, I hear no evil, I say no evil" and decided to sketch ideas for this.

I no longer have any hope of starting to draw properly again, I just hope that at some point I will feel alive enough for my hobbies again. for now, I will try to at least write down ideas like this. if someone likes this idea, I give it to you, take it away.

Briefly about the content of the post: a small comic, the reasons for its existence, Tav striving for ascension, an explanation of the previous art.

So, I gathered enough strength and thoughts in a bunch to draw a small piece of the idea that does not leave my head. My Tav has become so arrogant that he has decided to ascend and now treats my mind in pleas and threats so that I tell at least a little about him. About them. It's hard to say what they are, but I'm going to refer to them as "him" because I'm painting them in male form and they're talking about themselves as "him" at the moment.

So, ascension. In theory, my Tav has ascended a somewhat non-standard way. Instead of destroying the Elder Brain or subjugating it, he absorbed it, after which he took both the Crown of Karsus and the Orb, using them in much the same way as Gale, but in the end he devoured the Crown like the Brain before, destroying it (or embedding it into himself, which he knows how). It sounds very unbalanced, but that's the problem — this jerk is immortal from the very beginning, so yes, the whole original plot flies to hell by the end. I believe that Tav was stolen by illithids from another universe, or picked up hanging out in space after Tav somehow fell out of his home universe. To a greater extent, I am tormented by ideas not about how Tav came to ascension, but what events happened after that. His comrades were not happy by his choice (and there were reasons for that), he became a God unable to live in the Ellisium (which also has reasons), and as a result: my mind is occupied by pictures of how some of his former comrades want to get rid of him, but eventually switch to his side, how he expands his "cult" on the ruins of the name Absolute, and what ideas he is guided by. I would really like to talk about all this, if I find the courage, of course. 😅
