pirfism does call for the abolishment of the patriarchy.

pirfism does believe that men are inherently oppressive to women. (and that trans men are included in that)

pirfism does believe that women are historically one of the most oppressed groups in society.

pirfism does not believe in misandry.

pirfism does not cater to or center men.

pirfism does not believe that men and women are equal within our current society.

pirfism is and was always created for the women who feel as if they've been excluded from feminist spaces.

it is a label about protecting the most vulnerable groups of women (trans women and women of color), something that terfism has never done.

it is a label about uplifting eachother and appreciating everything that makes women unique.

Have you encountered xenofeminism? How do you think it interacts with your inclusive radical feminism? I notice that TERFs completely dismiss the idea.

What Is Radical Feminism?

Radical Feminism is an umbrella term describing variations of feminism that may be deemed as more extreme or radical than traditional feminism. These beliefs can range from something more mundane, such as the abolishment of the patriarchy, or something more extreme, such as the total extermination of men.

Radfem is the shortened version of Radical Feminism / Feminist.

Misconceptions

- Radfem is synonymous with TERFism.

While it is true that they're often used interchangeably, this does not mean that Radical Feminism is the same as TERFism. All TERFs are Radical Feminists, but not all Radical Feminists are TERFs. TERF is best classified as a sub-belief of Radical Feminism.

- All Radfems hate men.

While again, it is true that there are some Radfems who hate men, not all of them do. Radical Feminism is a broad spectrum of beliefs. Men are capable of being Radfems.

- Radfem ideology is inherently hateful / harmful.

This may be true for more extreme sides of Radical Feminism, but the core belief of Radical Feminism is equal rights for women, both social and systemic.

Symbol — The traditional feminist symbol, the bright pink female symbol with a fist in the middle. Can be representative as feminine-aligned, but is meant to represent feminism as a whole.
