A couple of Caleb doodles.
As if losing your companions and your home wasn't bad enough, it occurs to you that you no longer even have your god (because you're going to kick his infernal ass).
There are days when Caleb just really wants to cut someone.

Bonus Eeveelutions based on the new types from Pokemon Brown and Prism, a pair of well-known ROMhacks.
Parfomeon is modeled after atomizer perfume bottles, specifically a vintage one by Lilian Grey.
Yes, Brown had Wind and Flying ("had", because it was not carried over to Prism). Cycloneon's inspiration should be obvious.
The marking on Aleon's head comes from a crop circle photo.
Falleon is based on alexalan's take on beta!Leafeon with some tweaks and autumn colouration.
Hymneon's motifs are musical notes and ancient string instruments.

On one hand, Marathon 2025 looks very compelling story-wise. On the other... I do not have the energy to maintain an invalidated and wildly-divergent AU. And despite being set in the future of an alternate timeline, if Nu-Marathon declares that, say, android vessels for AIs are not and cannot be a thing--there goes the foundation of Inmortalitas.
(And whether or not the AI seen in the cinematic short was Leela, they already don't look as they do in Inm., where they were all modeled on Cortana. Would be nice if they officially made Leela's signature colour blue, though.)
I have an idea of where some characters, both OC and takes on canon, can go, but I don't enjoy the prospect of having to essentially scratch-start this bloody thing AGAIN just to share my art/musings in peace.

Things were tense between Caleb and Czesław ("Cheogh", as everyone kept mangling his name into) long before the Disavowal.
Once in a blue moon, Caleb could pronounce Cheogh's name correctly... usually when he was really pissed off.
After their working relationship fell apart, altercations like this (read: Caleb trying to shut Cheogh up via stab to the throat) were not uncommon.

Remember those two fan-Eeveelutions I drew last year? I got around to the rest of the missing types. (Inelegantly chopped in half here because tumblr hates long pics as much as it does wide.)
My personal guidelines are as follows: they must retain the "Eeevelution builds", predominantly be their type's colour (or something close to it), and do something interesting with their theme. I also used as many evolutionary stones as possible, including two unused stones.
Probably the one I'm most proud of, concept-wise. Meduseon's (non-sapient) snake mane and tail are loosely based on the Gen I and II "snake body" icons.
Phareon's tail is an Egyptian leaf fan. Touching its tail is not recommended.
Serapheon's mane is mostly lighter-than-air fluff, which is coloured like stained glass. (If you're wondering about the note beneath Seraph: as if this writing, there are credible rumours that we may get a canon Flying-type Eeveelution in Legends Z-A. Which I somehow hadn't heard about until doing research for this pic.)
Battleon is modeled on masked wrestlers, and the only Eeveelution here with asymmetrical ears.
R.J. Palmer already made an excellent bee-themed Bug Eeveelution, so I... made a different bee. :U Melisseon produces and holds Honey for every two weeks that pass without its trainer giving it an item; just don't look into how.
Veloceon is a combination of motorcycles and Pony Metal U-Gaim.
Psycheon, as implied by the name, is a psychopomp. Not to be confused with what some fans probably named their fanon pre-Espeons.
Toxeon and Heraldeon were going to be here anyway for completion's sake, but I hadn't intended to do more with Tox than give it another marking at most. I ended up making its body bright pink to better convey its "poison dart frog" inspiration.
By contrast, Heraldeon didn't change.
There's another "Eeveon" floating around that I've unfortunately lost track of. This Eeveon, like Toxeon, evolves with a stone cut from Gen II, because there was one stone left and I decided I liked that one better than "level 40 while holding Everstone".

Project no. 55: Pikachu!.. Again!
In my efforts to better replicate the early-days chubby Pikachu, I referenced Pokemon Yellow art and my own Gorochu pattern (with whom this Pikachu is meant to scale); the result is at least not as janky as project no. 4.
Note that the angle of the black tips on Pikachu's ears are embroidery, not colour-changing.

Forms index for Sailor Mercury; in order: base, Guardian, Perihelion, Barycenter, Aphelion.
Some notes:
Base and "Crystal" are listed together because the latter is determined by what wand/scepter you're using (Transformation Pen for the former, Star Power Stick Wand for the latter).
For the purposes of this index, I'm referring to the canon Eternal forms as "Star" from this point forward.
All of Mercury's higher forms (and everyone else's, for the most part) are meant to be different from Moon's in some way--for example, True Eternal Sailor Mercury's single set of back-bow wings as opposed to Moon's two pairs.
Am I the first person to reverse-engineer a "La Cygne" form for the rest of the team? :U As I mentioned on Moon's index, it's simplified compared to hers because I want to be able to draw it more than once.

90s fashion Shiromada? 90s fashion Shiromada. (ib: @general-radix)
In hindsight I wish I had drawn something Easter-related since today is a holiday... Maybe bringing back retro fashion fits with the idea of resurrection? (ok thats too much of a stretch)

Project no. 51: Ash-Greninja! Who I swear looks a lot better in person than in these photos; my camera apparently hates the colour blue.
He was a real challenge, about half of which was just figuring out the structure of his head. (And the second skein of royal blue I used is a different texture and gauge to the first, despite being the exact same yarn.) And it was worth taking on, I think--I now have a variant form of everyone's favourite ninja frog and didn't have to spend $45 minimum at AliExpress to do it.

Sailor Moon and her various forms.
My previous "form index" series is now rather out of date; besides changing designs, the forms aren't even organized the same way anymore. I drew these SM Drops-style, because that was easier than editing a bunch of sprites whose best rips aren't sized consistently.
Do you enjoy long-winded rambling about fanon and design notes? THEN OH BOY HAVE I GOT LOTS OF THAT FOR YOU:
(I should note up front that a few of these terms and organizational structure itself were borrowed from AmethystSadachbia's own SM stuff.)
The idea is that there are multiple "tracks" a Sailor Guardian can go down, depending on what upgrade you obtained in your base form. These are as follows for Sol System Senshi:
Guardian: the "basic" track; most Sailor Guardians will go down this at least once. Evolves from "Planetary".
Perihelion: the "savior" track, which encompasses Sailor Moon's canonical higher forms. Eternal in particular can only be obtained with a truly unified team. Evolves from "Cosmic".
Barycenter: the "warrior" track; more physically-oriented than the others. Evolves from "Crystal" (which is an invisible upgrade for anyone not named Sailor Moon).
Aphelion: the deceptively frilly "destroyer" track; it's rare and difficult enough to get onto that only Sailors Moon and Eclipse (OC) are known to have access to it. Evolves from "Princess".
There's a fifth track, Strangelet, which is where all the temporary non-linear transformations go (Mystic, Defender, Gravity, etc.).
All but the Barycenter forms are based on something either from a corner of SM canon or intended for it; if you're wondering why that's the exception, it's because I really didn't want Ultra going to waste and needed a second higher form.
Regarding "Eternal (Star)": that's an old piece of SM fanon. Due to a number of factors (the heavy emphasis on stars in Sailor Moon Stars, everyone being covered in stars where Usagi gets moons, and a lack of classic anime terminology to backport into the manga), everyone else's Eternal forms were commonly referred to as "Sailor Star [Planet]". It's useful in a scenario where you actually need to make distinctions between Eternal Sailor Moon and Eternal Sailor Everyone Else.
A friend of mine depicts Super Sailor Moon with white boots; I'm borrowing this for SuperS, where Usagi got a new brooch and scepter but not a higher form to go with them.
Ultra, as always, is based on Super Sailor Moon. She got new shoulder armour to be consistent with her teammates; I ended up leaving her skirt white (with different piping) so that it wouldn't look too similar to Chrysalis.
Shepherd totally stumped me until I dredged up some old SM art of mine where I'd given everyone cloaks. The rest is a variation on the Eternal/"Star" forms; Sailor Moon's bows are based on the butterfly motif she gained in S.
Chrysalis (named by SassySpice91) is based on Fukano Youichi's unused design for Super Sailor Moon; it was the last "canon or would-be canon" form I hadn't found a place for yet, and I think it's fitting that one unused Youichi design would evolve into another.
I will state up front that, should I draw the Aphelion forms of everyone else, their "La Cygne" will be simplified compared to the beautiful animation nightmare that is Moon's.
Further Aphelion trivia: originally, this was just what Sailor Eclipse got instead of Perihelion (with the Princess upgrade being her actual base form). Then I figured that I should draw Sailor Moon in these forms as they were originally hers, and, well.

Behold, my first-ever plush customization.
So a few days before Christmas, I received this unofficial Gardevoir plush (manufacturer unknown) that's pretty good as far as these things go... with the glaring exception of his skirt. That cheap length of shit did not feel good to the touch--especially not on the edges--and the green didn't even match the fabric used for the rest of Gardevoir. I could tell that the skirt was going to be an issue just from the stock photos and had made plans to replace it even before getting him in hand.
Over the next few weeks, I acquired some white minky and green flannel that looked like a close enough match, then drew a pattern and cut both sides out. Eventually, Mom and I got a space set up in the basement to sew both halves of each piece together.
For various reasons--mostly the sewing machine proving itself temperamental right at the outset, and also the halves no longer lining up after being flipped--Mom was the one to sew 'em. (I tried, but the results were below subpar.) I did, however, hand-sew the finished pieces to Gardevoir's waist.
I'm glad I was able to see this project to completion, even if I didn't do as much sewing as anticipated; Gardevoir looks (and feels) a thousand times better and more cohesive colour-wise.

A bunch of other people's Sailor Moon OCs that I found notable in one way or another.
Lots 'o text below the cut.
-First off: Sumeragi-Subaru's old Sailor Moon fan characters. (AFAIK, this artist only posted to Animexx[dot]de, a German community.) The first four are her fanon Outers; the rest cover various celestial bodies and phenomena, all dating back to 1996. Finding them on an otherwise uneventful Animexx crawl a few years ago made me real happy, lemme tell ya.
L to R: Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Earth, Sun, Star, Rainbow, Sky, Meteorite, Comet, Milkyway.
-The cast of Azure-and-Copper's "Earth Guardian Mamoru", which was a combination Rule 63/role swap AU. (I say "was" because the artist nuked her online presence at some point.)
L to R: Sailor Earth, Moonlight Knight, Sailor Chibi-Earth, Mars (Jadeite), Mercury (Zoisite), Jupiter (Nephrite), Venus (Kunzite), Uranus (Demande), Neptune (Esmeraude), Saturn (Rubeus), Pluto (Saphir).
(Note: Saturn's and Pluto's attributes and story roles were swapped because "lol canon is mythologically confused".)
-Sailor Sun and his team. Despite my many criticisms of jabuticaba2008's AU, I do still think the base idea is solid; spriting these uniforms proved to be a decent challenge.
L to R: Sailor Sun and Solar Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Saturn.
Yes, there's an in-universe reason as to why Solar Uranus wears lilac instead of navy. A stupid, stupid reason.
-Five of AmethystSadachbia's SM OCs, who seem to be the most prominent ones.
L to R: Hecate, Terra, Eos, Cordelia, Little Moon.
-Finally... the main OCs of UsagiCarter's "Wings of Love" series. Minus the rest of the C-team, because words cannot express how little of an impression they made on me.
"Wings of Love" isn't good, but it did present some workable ideas (ex. the concept of an "Outer Shitennou", if not the execution).
L to R: Sailor Life, Nikkels, Galen, Blair, Niko, Logan. Yeah, the guys (at least the latter four) are supposed to be the Lunar Shitennou, and yet they don't have gem names.

Behold: the unofficial Chillet, one of the biggest plushes what I now own.
Long story short, there's a few Pals that I like and Chillet's one of them; I wanted to go on yesterday's mall crawl specifically to pick up this huge, floppy ferret-skink. I'm glad I did, even if I then had to cart Chillet around the mall for an hour.
I'unno how to properly convey its scale without stepping in the photo myself, but I think this may be the largest size Chillet comes in (there's at least three). Chillet's also heavy enough to not get launched off the bed overnight, so it might just become a permanent bed pet.
(Will I ever get the official Chillet or its Ignis counterpart? Possibly, but not for $60+.)
