11:39pm, Ricky calling

(This is based off of that one chapter in Solitaire, but without SH. Stay safe everyone!)

Noel was stood at the bridge, looking out on the sea. It was a beautiful view in his opinion. He came down here every time he needed to calm down. Today was one of those days.

The small house was in chaos that day. Ocean was having a bad day and was ready to argue with anyone who pissed her off. Sadly, Constance was that person.

Noel wasn't there, but from what Mischa said Constance pointed out that she had gotten a recipe wrong, and that sent her off. According to Mischa, Ocean then went off about Constance's attitude which sadly led to Ocean making points about her looks and appearance.

Constance fought back, starting to yell back and saying Ocean was being very rude and it just turned into a long, heated argument.

Noel came home to Ocean leaving, slamming the door behind her, Constance running up to her room, Mischa trying to calm Ricky down as he was on the verge of a meltdown and Penny hiding in her room.

Anyways. Back to Noel.

He was planning to go to the gas station to grab a drink when his phone started to ring. He pulled out his phone.

11:39pm

Ricky calling

"Ricky?" He said as he answered it.

"Noel? When are you coming home?" The AAC could be heard, but it was very muffled.

"Ricky? I'll be home soon I- What happened?" Noel asked.

Silence.

"Ricky?"

"Ricky are you still there?"

"Ricky answer me."

"There's something wrong with Constance."

The monotone voice replied to Noel finally.

Noels face drained of its colour. Constance was a usually happy girl. However, after the accident, she was diagnosed with depression. The choir knew her limits and boundaries but clearly, Ocean crossed a line today.

"Ricky, what happened to Constance?"

"She's locked her bedroom door and won't let me in."

"I'm coming home. Stay where you are."

Noel ran through the door and ran up the stairs. Ricky sat in his wheelchair was beside Constance's door.

"What did you say is wrong?" Noel asked.

"She won't let anyone in." Ricky typed in to his device.

"Okay then. You go to you and Penny's room. I'll take care of this."

Ricky slowly wheeled to his and Penny's room.

"Constance, open the door please." Noel asked. He tried to stay as calm as possible but he was worried about what he might see.

"No."

"Connie please let us in." Noel said again.

"No."

"Con I'm going to open this door right now."

"No you won't."

Noel took a hairpin out of his hair and quickly unlocked the door and opened it.

Constance was sat in front of her bed, crying.

Noel ran over and sat beside her starting to comfort her.

Constance started to ball crying into his shoulder, practically sobbing.

After a while, Constance looked up. "D-do I look weird? D-Do I look u-ugly or w-w-weird?" She asked between hiccups.

"Oh Connie!" Noel said, hugging her tightly. "I'm not one to ask about women's looks, but I know you are the most beautiful women here."

"Thanks Noel." Constance cried.

There was a knock on the bedroom door.

"That's probably Ricky. He was pretty worried." Noel explained. "Come in!"

Ocean opened the door.

"Connie, I am so sorry, I was having a bad day, I am so, so, sorry!" Ocean rambled. Her eyes were red and cheeks were puffy, clearly after being crying.

Constance stood up and walked towards her and dragged her into a huge hug. "Thanks for apologising. Its fine." She cried.

Noel stared at the two girls, his heart welling up.

The two girls were clearly good friends and could make it through anything.
