Does anyone else look in the mirror long enough and examine your features to the point where you start to get physically nauseous? Just me? Ok

i do look at the sky and wonder: do parents bear the same resentment their children have towards them?

it's an everyday occurrence
my heart and mind in dissonance
to wish an end for myself
or to wish a lifetime for us

i chugged down that energy drink as if it's blood, to the point that some of the liquid dripped down from the corner of my lips. i waited, and waited. i waited for that painful beating of my heart, like it's trying to get out of my ribcage. like it's screaming free me, free me, i cannot breathe
however, i suppress it. i continue to suffocate it. i smile at the arrhythmia that i am feeling.
my heart beats.
it screams.
it's alive.

Say you love me and I will show reverence at your feet. I will bow my head at every sight of you. I will follow the path that you walk on. Say the word and I will be at your service. All the same, let me grab your nape and push you down. Let me drag you around. I will make you kneel and say a prayer, perhaps one that would shake the heavens. You kneel and I praise. You beg and I bless.
I am both your master and your servant.
Say you love me, then you will be my ruler and I will be your god.

what do you both have when forever doesn't exist?
a lifetime.
habangbuhay means forever
habang buhay means while still alive

rough translation:
Our forever doesn't have to mean the same because we know that doesn't exist. Our forever could be yesterday, today, and tomorrow. While we are still alive. As long as we live, all the times that I am with you, that's my forever.
