Went shopping (10 bags worth!) So now it's taco time again, at last! Yesterday I roasted a chicken, today I used the bones to make bone broth, and made cauliflower rice as well. Do NOT use a ricer for that: grate it raw, then cook it. Lesson learned. But also, made tacos!
