Don't know how the screens would stop teenagers, as you can just kinda push them up form the out side? There is no handle, but, you can still push them up; it's just a bit finicky.
I continue to run into people that are confused as to why Americans have screens on our windows and it’s really quite simple.

I was ~16-17, and I had to get surgery. Me and my father where in talking to a nurse who was asking routine questions, one of them was "Do you wish to be resuscitated?", I immediately without thinking blurted out "Yes". We than sat there is silence for a few seconds before, the nurse completely disregarded my answer about MY FUCKING LIFE, and asked my Father for a answer, witch thankfully he replied "Umm, yes." to.
It's fun to be a teenager with cancer, and routinely get reminded by hospital staff that my body is owed by my parents (/s). Luckily my parents, let me make my own decisions. I still coastally think about what it would have been like if I was forced to under go procedures I did not consent to.
Children are not property.
Teenagers deserve bodily autonomy.
A nineteen year old is not "basically a baby."
Like I've met multiple people who claim to support youth liberation, but still believe in one or all of the above, they just try to make it "woke."
