you seem to like glitch's other projects so do you have any opinions on the gaslight district pilot???

I'm sorry for answering late, I was busy. As for the gaslight district, the pilot was incredible.

First of all, the artstyle and animation so unique and cool. The predomination of green tones is really unique and each character's appearance reflects their personality.

It is a perfect blend of chaos, humour and violence, the pacing was a bit quick but that's the pacing a pilot needs to show what the show is about in the first place.

The voice acting was superb (Michael Kovach is everywhere) and I loved how the Smiling dead interact with each other and joke with each other so naturally. Oh the possibility of angst that would happen eventually if Breadhead and Mud ever knew the truth.

Melancholy Hill was so enjoyable as a character, she's so unhinged and gremlin-like (I'm 50% sure that she isn't straight).

I like how Ken's character is written.

He is a father with anger issues, but I never saw him take it all on the members of his family, I am very curious about how Mel came to be in his care. (I thought that he looked like Patrick Star at first glance).

Mud has 100% weird uncle vibes and he's like a *nicer* Starscream who didn't betray the smiling dead yet.

I headcanon that Breadhead came to life like Pinocchio but with bread.

The biblical symbolism is delicious.

In conclusion, Me like Gaslight District very Much.

I'm starting to make Doll divine recs, and today, I have found some historical maker recs. (All the titles of this list are linked : ) )

1.Deity of Clouds ~ Chinese Hanfu Dress Up by Doll divine.

This is a beautiful maker created with a lot of care, the person behind this did their research abour Chinese Han clothing before the Manchurians took over.

2.Jewel of the Nile ~ Egyptian Regal Fashion by Azaleas's Dolls and Doll divine.

I cannot express my awe at the pure art that this maker is, the jewelry is very beautiful and it feels that the author has clearly done their research. (Cannot say more because I don't know so much about ancient Egypt).

3.Ancient Greek Fashion ~ Historical Dress Up Game by Tia Christiner for Doll divine.

The art and the care put in this maker makes me wanna cry, the art is so pleasant and relaxing at sight. It was also kinda difficult to find.

4.Swingin' Sixties: Retro dress up by: Tia Christiner for Doll divine.

This maker was born from the hands of the same artist as before, pretty clothes, pleasant artstyle. (I would probably have suffered from extreme racism if I really lived abroad in the Sixties : ´ ) ).

Reading Ichi the witch and I really want to share my thought on Kumugi.

I really like her as a character, she is not as powerful as Ichi or Descaras in terms of offensive power, but she is the most relatable character to us the readers.

From as we can see, she is someone who struggles with low self-esteem, compared with Desscaras who has a justifiable high self-esteem and Ichi, who has a normal? self-esteem (I think that he would focus more on hunting and his interests).

She gets reasonably nervous when interacting with Desscara and Ichi and gets scared of Urara.

From the brief flash we got of her backstory, it is implied that she is constantly being told that she is useless and made fun of.

(Is she the daughter of a servant in a noble household? Or the least favourited daughter of a noble? Does this world even have the concept of nobility? The old man looks like a butler and the mean girls are dressed in frilly dresses.)

As from we can see, she is someone nice and considerate who tries her best to help.

I love how Ichi says that she is an amazing person and expresses that even if she has no aptitude for offensive, she is still a nice and amazing person.

I believe that she has potential for growth, I don't believe that Shirabedonna the analytical witch herself would not have immediatelly assigned Kumugi as an recorder while there are other members of the Witches' research club to Ichi if she was useless as she thinks she is.

I don't think that Osamu Nishi is going to make her a character with no growth at all during the whole story.

I really look forward on how her character will develop throughout the story!
