MY OPINION !

In no way do I hate men, but with so many years of woman oppression and being treated like I am nothing even sexualized at 10 when I started developing by MEN I am allowed to be scared or uncomfortable around them. NOT ALL MEN YES. But almost every man I MEAN ALMOST has treated women in some way like they were less even in a small way EXAMPLE: making small sexual comments, "joking" about rape or saying women can't do something cause they are women.

So no I don't in any way hate men I am scared cause data shows how women have been treated. Look online and see what "basic men" and doing they sexualize women and treat them as less. How can I be treated as less or women in general and not allowed to feel scared or uncomfortable?

NOT TO MENTION. Bears aren't gonna rape me, verbally abuse me, sexualize me. A bear most likely won't kill (look at the number of attacks) and if I was dead it could've been a mother protecting her young) With MOST men I could be worse than killed.

This is not about "I hate all men!" I view it as

"I am more cautious of men due to my life expectations and how everywhere has been treating women."

ALSO. Men should not have to be like "Well actually more men--" This is NOT a gender war this is about how women are still being treated like this EVERYDAY. Not saying I hate you if you're a man I am saying once again I am more cautious. Also even with men dying more guess who they are dying by.

This is a social issue worldwide and to be clear I don't have some rainbow savour solution for this problem BUT. Teaching men consent, emotions and respect younger will hopefully help this problem be less prevalent in our future. I just want to be able to walk alone and not be scared cause a man is behind me.

The problem isn't men it's our society allowing these behaviours to be "normal" after generation and generation.

Educate your sons so we can STOP saying "Protect your daughter"
