Headcannon: moon knight and sentry would be great friends. Marc has 2 other personalities and sentry also has like 2 other counter parts of himself.

Moon Knight (Marc) = Sentry (Robert)

Bob = Steven Grant

Jake Lockley = The Void

Idk if this is the perfect way to explain it but. Robert and Marc are basically responsible for the other 2 parts of themselves and only use their powers/abilities when needed. Bob and Steven are the more mellow ones and they don’t participate in violence. They are the mediators of the other two parts of them and kind of keep the others from clashing with one another. The void and Jake take over when the other counter parts or personalities can’t deal with a certain situation basically a last result in any given moment.

• Basically saying they both could relate with some of things they have to deal with because they each have different alters or counterparts of themselves. Kind of guide each other and give tips to one another on how to keep each alter at bay.

Topic: Ms. Marvel

I finished this tv show a couple of weeks ago but necessarily couldn’t find the right words for it. It’s a great show and I actually enjoyed it. I feel like she really shows what it’s like to be a marvel obsessed fan. All the merch she had, her writing fanfics, and wishing to be a superhero was the most relatable thing about her. I also loved the fact that they gave her culture and religion representation which isn’t really shown in other tv shows but I loved that they put effort into that aspect. But on the downside it’s another tv show that some marvel fans dislike. A lot of people say that it was childish and extremely cringy but Kamala is a teenager so what exactly were people expecting? Maybe I’m used to saying cringey things to the point where I barely even realized that there were cringey scenes there✋🏽😭. But anyway I loved it.

Topic: Comics, Dc, Marvel, and being a “true/real fan”

Something that I’ve being seeing lately in the comic community and not just comics but others as well, is trying to find the definition of being a “true fan” of marvel or dc. Some people believe that you can’t be a true fan of marvel or dc without reading comics. Not only that those same people criticize fans that are Mcu only. I honestly think that’s why some people are intimidated by comics or being apart of the comic book community because some people have really high standards or expectations. I honestly don’t care if you read comics or not as long as you’re enjoying the content that’s all that matters. If your a Mcu only the only thing you have to do is acknowledge that comics exist. The only problem that I have with Mcu only fans is that some people fail to realize that comics exist and some of the stuff they see are cannon in some comics. Instead of criticizing Mcu only fans why can’t some of you (if it doesn’t apply, let it fly) recommend some comics to Mcu only fans that you may think they enjoy? give them a guide they may like, or recommend some YouTubers who explain the lore of a event or character.

• all I’m saying is instead of criticizing each others why can’t we all just get along or help one another?

Okay so I’ve been reading moon knight comics for a couple weeks now and ive seen a lot of controversy over Marlene’s (Marc’s Gf) character. I haven’t read every single run but in the 2006-2009 run (haven’t read yet but have seen discussions about it) he actually gets aggressive with Marlene and at one point hits her. The writer used the comic to show that Marc had hit rock bottom but I personally think the abuse was unnecessary to show that. There were so many other ways to show that he was at low point but the abuse was never shown again or addressed. I’m currently reading the Jed MacKay run of Moon Knight and I like the fact that Marlene is standing up for herself. Her and Marc’s relationship are always on and off plus they have a daughter together so that just makes things complicated. Marc seems to be a good dad but it’s been twice now that a villain arrives and use Diatrice (their daughter) as leverage to get his attention. Personally I think Marlene was right for leaving Marc and just co parenting. Edit: I’m open to discussion

Is there a possibility that it was Jake that asked out Dylan in episode one and not Steven? When she asked him about it, she made it seem like steven had asked her before but he had forgotten. Plus Steven is a vegan so why out of all places would he choose a place that mostly serves meat? Through out the show Jake shows up but Steven and Marc doesn’t know who he is, what was happening to them when they blacked out, or the fact that he even exist. Anyway hopefully season 2 comes out sometime soon🙏🏽😖.
