Hello hello ! 😀

This month is very special to me, it is the 5th anniversary of my cc creation journey ! I remember creating my first cc and instantly falling in love when I saw my own item in game ! Since then, we have been through a lot of packs and I wouldn't be there without you. I really want to thank you all for your kindness, your sweet messages, and your support. I can't wait to get through the next years with you ! 🥰

To celebrate and mark this milestone, I wanted to reveisit my first ever cc pack, with the new skills I have acquired with time. I really like the original one, but we need to admit it's more than outdated now ! So, throught the a two / three parts' set, we will go throught laundy and cleaning items !

I hope you will like the Tidying Up 2.0 version as much as I liked revisiting it !

You can find the items by searching for TIDYING UP Redux or Pierisim in game.

Some items share the same textures so make sure to have the packages finishing by "texture" in your mod folder :)

Ye Olde Tinkerer's Workstation

A little recolor of the robotics table from Discover University, to suit my endless Steampunk brainrot. The WIP robot that appears is also recolored to a silver color, but this won't affect the color of the robot once it's fully made.

My first foray into modifying emission, normal, and spec maps. It's not perfect, but I'm pretty pleased!

Comes in four wood tones and two metals, for a total of eight swatches, and requires Discover University.

Happily Ever After - Celtic Tartan Dress

The Simple Celtic dress, in tartan patterns, in two versions - with or without belt - for all ages. Infant version only without belt. The belt version uses a belt from Lunamoths accessory belts (incorporated and adapted to the dress). The version without belt works well with all Lunamoths accessory belts.

Mini Storytelling/UI Templates

So I've been working on a Part 2 to my Storytelling/UI templates [Part 1 here] for some time now, but I wanted to release this mini template collection as a precursor to me finishing that up. Side note: the Storytelling/UI Templates Part 2 has been a really big, somewhat ambitious project, so I've been trying to pace myself with working on it to avoid burnout. I'm pleased with how it's shaping up so far though ���

But back to the Mini Storytelling/UI templates,

(I needed a boarding school for my current nsb challenge, so I just made one. Took a lot longer than I expected, this was a lot of work! I didn't make it too cluttered, so I hope this works for everyone! I playtested each room, the only thing that is sadly not working are the fireplaces behing the arches... but it looks so good I just kept it. If you encounter any problems, please let me know.)

Pack Icons (until enchanted by nature)

So, I've been searching a collection of pack & kit icons to use in my buidling thumbnails for the longest time, couldn't find anything so I decided to do it myself. Turns out it isn't that hard, just time-consuming. Thanks to @simplifiedmodding for creating an easy-to-understand, step-by-step tutorial for Sims 4 Studio.

What's missing? Only one thing... the 'Modern Menswear' Kit. After scrolling down the list 5 times and not finding it, I just gave up and included the old icon for it. Good thing you don't need it for building. I will update it, if I find it.

I've done a lot of challenges, gameplay ideas and just random stuff with my sims, but I think my absolute favorite ever is my current gen 2 heir of my not so berry extended challenge - Rachel

I hate the career she's in (politics), I don't like the way I have to play her (with the serial romantic, 'leave at the altar' kind of crap and the 'not really taking care of her child') because I'm more into wholesome gameplay, but... I don't know I just really like the story I've created for her. And I REALLY like the dynamic between her and her not-anymore-but-somehow-he-showed-up-again-boyfriend.

Just look at them. So cute.

Also, she's always been kind of a girl-boss, like it came natural. Not even the hot-headed trait can change her go-up-and-get-it-attitude.

So, I need to show you some more pictures.

I love how creating a story-line fitting my playstyle at least partially (by the challenge rules, of course) and the autonomous gameplay (and a few mods) just played so nicely together and made a good life for her... and I will love the way she will someday get her (probably) happy ending.
