Little bit of positivity..
Feeling not too bad today, had a bit of an epiphany.As stupid and obvious as this as sounds, it's just kind of hit me that the more regularly I eat, the better I'll feel and (although I find it hard to believe) the better I'll look! There's a girl at my school who I am really good friends with and who I really admire, she eats very regularly and healthily but not 'clean' healthy. She just has what she feels like and she constantly look amazing! I just genuinely think she is beautiful, and no, not in a romantic or lustful way, but in an inspirational way. She is happy, healthy and looks good for it and that's just what I want to be. Also been spending a lot of time with my auntie who went through all of this when she wasn't much older than me and she's really been helping my self image and helping me see a world outside of my own shortcomings. Sorry for the rant but I've just come to the realisation that if others can do it then so can I!
