The people have spoken
All right, the votes are in, and it looks like Jason will be getting Red Eyes. Now, as I said before, even if blue eyes wasn't chosen, the card WILL play a part in this story regardless. Namely, it will act as Jason's ticket OUT of the sattelite.
But since we are doing red eyes, I'm gonna need to make something clear. I'm going to give jason some more modern red eyes support cards, just so he stands a chance. Namely, alternative, black stone, the fusions, and the gemini monsters.
Red eyes is the dragon of potential; so I'm gonna have jason show just how true that really is.

Chapter 3! Game Shop Ghosts?! In The Spirit Of The Game!
Upon arriving at this 'Kame Games' shop, Jason is taken aback almost immediately. Unlike the rest of the city, this one spot, this one random gameshop looks... pretty much unscathed. Like whatever caused this place to become this dystopian hellscape had skipped over this spot entirely. It was... bizarre.
As Sect lead him inside, Jason was met with the sight of God only knows how many of those cards, just... laying about in the open. Which begged the question; if these cards were so valuable in the sattelite economy, why were all of these still here? Better yet, if they were illegal here, why had the local police (which, upon being told what they were like, reminded him TOO much of the GCPD for comfort) not attempted to confiscate them?
To which his new friend would explain that the reason that sector security didn't come here was due to a... particular reaction that one of their officers had whenever coming to this place. One Tetsu 'Ushio' Trudge, upon laying eyes on this place again, had simply frozen up, eyes glazing over, and began to panic for nearly 20 minutes straight, and only recovered upon being removed from the premises.
After that, the consensus of the people of the Sattelite, as well as Sector Security as a whole, was that the shop was haunted by some evil spirit, and thus, was generally avoided by the people. Sect explained that he was only willing to come here due to the fact that he didn't have anywhere else to go; a haunted home was better than NO home after all. A sentiment Jason couldn't exactly fault him on, though... when he stopped to listen to the shop, feel the slightly ominous thrumming of the overhead lights, watching as the shadows cast over the card surfaces began to shift about...
He wasn't a hundred percent sure he agreed.
Was it truly haunted? Well... wait and see!
(So! I have decided to make use of the connection between Officer Trudge and the original series here, using him as the reason the police didn't try raiding the game shop after zero reverse; they didn't want to risk whatever happened to trudge happening to them. What happened to Trudge? Well, wait and see!)

Chapter Two: What's the Buzz? Making Friends in a New World?!
After helping the other boy to his feet and collecting his cards, Jason would get to work gathering information. The boy he saved seemed as good a place to start as any, and luckily, because Bruce had him study and learn so many languages including japanese, communicating was no issue.
The boys name, he would come to find out, was Sect. Sect Ijuin, a young man only a year or two younger than the 15 year old Robin, who apparently lived here in this grungy hellscape he called ' the sattelite sector'; apparently a city split off from the mainland that used to be part of 'Domino City'. The purpose of this place was to make life easier for the people on the mainland, recycling their trash, and generally just being treated like garbage for no discernable reason.
Apparently, the boy was being mugged for the cards, as around here, there isn't much use for money. There were a few other foreign words thrown around, like 'duel disk' for one. Apparently they were the weird wrist things those guys he had beaten up had; they were used to play with the cards? Something about 'hard light holographic projections' and a 'kaibacorp' which was apparently... the largest corporation in the world, bar none.
What jason could draw from this deluge of information? He wasn't in Kansas anymore (or jersey as it was). He didn't know how... but he was now stranded in another world.
Well shit. What is he supposed to do now?!
Answer? Find shelter, clothes, food, and cards, in that order. Unfortunately, according to Sect, Cards were rather hard to come by... though the young man knew a spot where they might get lucky, if Jason was brave enough to make the trip
A derelict game shop in the middle of sattelite, identifiable by the roof vaguely shaped like a broken turtle shell. It was as good a place to start as any.
(OK, so, I'm going to be including characters from various canons of yugioh 5ds to make up Jason's new friend group( including the manga and video games ). First of which being, Sect from the Manga, cause I figure why the hell not, its my story, and watching jason having to deal with this unexpected stray he seems to have picked up might be fun. Also, for anyone wondering... yes, the gameshop is EXACTLY the one you are thinking of. What will he find there? You'll see next time)

Chapter One! Rocking Robin! Reborn Among Refuse!
The first thing Jason is aware of upon reawakening is pain. A pain that is numbing rapidly, granted, but pain nonetheless.
As the roaring pain in his head began to dull into a slight throb, more and more things began to run through his head. Number one; He was alive. How? He's not one hundred percent sure. Perhaps some point during the beating he had called for Clark or Kara had came to get him, got him and Shelia away from the clown? Makes as much sense as anything else he can think of at this point; hed have to thank them later.
(In this universe, I've chosen to have Kara show up around the same time jaosn first became robin, cause nightwing and Tim got to have all the young hero friends during their tenure, and jason only got Eddie Bloomburg. So, I've given him a few contemporaries that were unaffiliated with the titans at the time to compose of his hero friend group; so long story short, he and kara are friends)
The second thing he noticed was... he was DEFINITELY not in Ethiopia anymore. Listening closely, he could hear people speaking... Japanese?
No, not just speaking... someone was crying. Crying for help.
All of a sudden, the pain doesn't matter anymore. Where he is doesn't matter anymore. Someone needs help. And Robin will be DAMNED if he let's someone get hurt if he can help it; bad shape or not.
So, with that in mind, Jason moves out, getting to a rooftop and making his way to where he heard the cries, and what he sees pisses him off something fierce. 7 guys, with weird looking... things on their wrists, are beating the piss out of a kid with goggles, who's begging for his life at this point.
So Robin does what Robin does. He beats the ever loving SHIT out of the bullies, leaping down off the roof, putting himself between the other boy, and making quick work of the thugs while they were still in shock.
Part one of the job is done, so jason goes to comfort the younger man, helping him up, helping him pick up his... cards? Weird. Never seen this game before. Maybe he'd have B check it out when he got home; might be fun to try out on the weekends after homework gets done.
(More to come soon!)

Let's give it a shot then!
Some of you seem interested in my idea then, so let's give it a shot!
First, let's establish which version of Jason Todd I'll be using. While it's tempting to just straight up drop jason in while already red hood, I feel that would be a bit less interesting.
SO. The jason that will be going to the world of 5ds will be a version of Jason of my own making. Elements of official Canon, headcanon and ideas I've got stewing around in my head.
So first off, how did he get there? Answer. A phenomenally awful string of bad luck that would make Peter Parker proud. In this multiverse, the anti moniter managed to destroy a good number of universes including jason, but was ultimately defeated by superboy prime, after the former witnesses the death of supergirl.
A combination of his world dying via anti matter, combined with the retcon punch, sends jason (and a few others, but they don't show up till much later) hurtling off into another multiverse. And the reality he ends waking up in? The world of 5ds. Particularly, the satellite.
SO! Enter jason todd, stumbling around in the satellite, still a bit brain damaged, and missing some memories, but otherwise intact.
And that's where our story begins
(For future references, yes there will be plot holes and continuity errors in this scenario in the future, however I will attempt to keep them to a minimum. However, some I will maintain, for the sake of making the story more cool)

HYPER FIXATIONS AWAAAAAAAAY!
So, originally, I had joined this site simply because I wanted to find a piece of artwork I had seen somewhere of Jason Todd from the batman series, and Yusei Fudo from Yu-Gi-Oh 5DS (if you are curious what im talking about, look it up, its sooo good!), and as I looked for it, I began to get ideas. Ideas like 'what if Jason somehow ended up in 5ds'. And then I couldnt STOP getting ideas about it, so now I'm curious; now that im sticking around, would you guys be interested in hearing what I've come up with?
