I totally agree, I love how they never bash on the genre or call the fans stupid for liking it. This is a bit of a rant but something I don't like about supernatural (as a fan of supernatural) is that they tend to belittle their own fans. Like, that's your audience dude, they're the only reason you still exist. So ya it's super refreshing to see fans portrayed like this.

K-Pop Demon Hunters treats K-Pop with such love and respect, is such a love letter to the genre! I know is cheesy AF, but as a fan, it really even made tear up a little

When it comes to immortal x mortal relationships I'm often not a fan because I love happy endings and the best most of them can do is bittersweet. The mortal grows old and dies and the immortal lives on and its all very depressing, However. There is one. Beautiful exception (that I know of) and that is destiel.

Destiel is special because you can headcannon it so many ways and still get a ending where they're together

1(Cannon/cannon compliant): cas is saved from the empty by jack, gets his mojo back and is a full angel. Dean dies and he ends up in heaven with cas. Happy ending 😊

2(the one I've seen in so many fan fics): cas becomes human and dean and cas live out their days side by side and then die and end up in heaven. Still happy.

This remains the only way I can stomach immortal x mortal tropes I can't do sad romances

this is so sweet 🥺 i think making disability accommodations would be his specialty and he would always move those requests to the top of his list no matter what. i also think he and nico would come to realize that certain things (like a voice keyboard) help them out when they’re going through a period of feeling non-verbal instead of just pushing through it.

also nico with chronic pain and/or he utilizes one of those canes with a wrist strap to walk. leo modifies the came to have all these cool add-ons like a cup holder etc. nico tries to dismiss it all, saying that he appreciates it but it’s unnecessary. once leo is done though nico can’t deny how some things he didn’t know were giving him trouble were made a bit easier 💌
