What kinds of serious health issues does an overly obese Makoto have to deal with?

Aside from the obvious shortness of breath, one of the biggest issues Makoto faces is knee pains from having to lug around that huge badonkadonk. Though she won’t admit it out loud, she recently put in an order for a cane to help with her mobility. She honestly fears that she’s beyond the point of try to lose weight through exercising, especially with all of the aches she feels in her joints, but she’s stubborn enough to not be giving up any time soon.

She’s also getting to the point of obesity where random bruise-like marks have started to appear along the surface of her belly, mainly because she doesn’t perform any kind of skincare.
