Not to stick my nose where it doesn't belong, but something that helped me during my breakup was ska music. As stupid as it sounds, Reel Big Fish is loud and dumb enough to drown everything else out, and convince me I'm fine for three minutes, and after my last breakup, I would've killed to live in those three minutes forever.
