Meet the families residing in Jubilant Accosts!

From left to right:

Row 1: The Klein family, consisting of the Proxy Simon Klein and his young wife Eleanore. The Dean family, consisting of Winnie Dean, her husband Ezra, their... close friend, Andre, their ambitious daughter Tiffany and their little son Jason. There's also Gabriel, but he's been at the Klein residence lately for some reason...

Row 2: The Doan-Creel family, consisting of siblings Chinh and An, their niece Kim, plus Kim's werewolf husband Alister Creel and their werewolf teenage daughter Phuong. The Augens-Smorodina family, consisting of pet shop owner Mita Augens and his fiancée, the talented Rinna Smorodina, plus their two adorable cats!

Row 3: The Pryor family, consisting of Alphaeus Pryor, his wife Damiana, their rebellious daughter Helena, their innocent and playful Abercius, their adopted son Brion and their unruly youngest son James. Next door to them are the Vienot family, where you'll find Damiana's brother Trysten Vienot, his wife Deianeira, his stepdaughter Xaviere and his daughter with Deia, Desdemona.

Row 4: The Onerieroi family, a neurotic family-oriented man named Xanthos Onerieroi who lives by the beach with three pets. At the town's grilled cheese restaurant is the Rennet family consisting of the restaurant owner Josh Rennet, his secretive wife Asima, their grilled cheese-obsessed daughter Anika and their twin sons Ishaan and Harpreet.

Row 5: The Jakobsson family, consisting of the atrociously evil Håvard Jakobsson, his tyrannical wife Jakobina, her son and Håvard's stepson Torkel Deering, Jakobina's stepdaughter and Håvard's daughter Siv, and Håvard and Jakobina's daughter Karin, plus a cat sometimes accompanied by spectral cats! Next door are their rivals, the Lindgren family, consisting of widowed businesswoman Delicia Deering, her evil sons Jakob and Loke Lindgren, Jakob's wife Lea and their little son Arvid, plus a dog that you just can't resist to pet!

I'm still alive!!

Shocking, I know.

To be completely honest, my disappearance wasn't just out of boredom or tiredness - last year (12-14 months) was a hell of a ride, and sadly, most of it were various problems.

I've had to move to a rental. Unexpectedly, without any preparation, in 5 days after a terrible family situation happened. And even though I'm grateful now, the move itself and all the issues that came with it sent me to a terrible place, mental wise.

Not only that, but I've lost my job this June, because someone thought that trying to erase management problems and pinning all the fault on single UI designer is great idea (that's work at Russian Railways, folks!). I managed to get hired without any issues, debts or fines, but getting a new job after company like that is hard. That being said, if you or anyone you know is looking for an UX/UI designer, message me! *wink wink*

Health is yet another issue - I think this year I've got a bingo card of different illnesses, something which I wasn't looking for, but oh well.

That being said, I'm looking forward to getting back on a platform - I haven't stopped playing, and I've had my greatest team of @nappe-plays-the-sims @potential-fate @luverofralts @jasperskywalker!!! Best support, best swimming, best memes - love you guys 💜

We're live!! Yay!!

Welcome to Jubilant Accosts!

A town that has had a thousand names through the years, it was once the capital city of Yacothia, a theocracy or monarchy depending on how far back in time you go. This is also the burial site of the prophet Jacob, which any Jacoban must go on a pilgrimage to see at least once in their lifetime. The town itself is nowadays largely peaceful with rich tourism thanks to its ancient holy site.

However, beyond the mountains are a group of people who call themselves "True Jacobans". Following a strict, literal interpretation of the Oculus, they believe the Watcher to be a cruel master who demands regular sacrifices. Their spiritual leader, the Proxy, recieves visions on what - or who - must be sacrificed to keep the Watcher appeased.

A threat looms on the horizon for the True Jacobans, as a prophecy from the Maiden of Jacob dictates that the king of the monarchy they toppled will be reincarnated - and this time, he will bring them all down.

This neighborhood is a collaboration between @jasperskywalker, @luverofralts, @nappe-plays-the-sims, @potential-fate and @rheniumsims!

Nothing stops you from doing something else, however!

Notes:

Nounlinkondelete and HoodChecker are essentials for all hoods really, so if you don't have them - go grab them!

Load the Klein household with boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true, at times an error will pop up which you can then delete quick.

Names may be incorrect if your game is in another language than English.

Playing with mods that reset households will result in an event in the Klein house being interrupted.

Script file in the neighborhood folder can be deleted after the Klein event.

Playing without mods might make the Dean family... chaotic.

Tiffany's lifetime want is meant to be to reach Level 10 in the Paranormal career track, however, this lifetime want is not accessible without mods. If you have lifetime want mods we encourage changing her lifetime want to this to keep her in-character!

The graves of the royal family will sometimes escape the neighborhood. Sometimes their runaway attempt will fail and you'll find them scattered outside the ancient castle.

Right as the party ended, Citrone Sweet gave birth to two cutest kittens - Shooting Star and Blueberry Cake! Shooting Star looks really similar to her brother, but has an orange patch on her ear!
