To all the anons asking about the recent mass exit from Rikleimt

To all our followers who love our salty ways.

To all the individuals who have been sending us screenshots.

Well. We cannot say this surprised us. We cannot say it has not been anticipated. 

What we can say is that it’s well overdue.

Rikleimt is and has been a negative environment for many. From the subtle (and often not so subtle) racist undertones to malicious behaviors, bullying, and outright toxicity.

So Yes, we celebrate with the newly liberated. Congratulations, you’re free!

Free to represent the fandom and your ship with the consideration they deserve and the creative liberty you deserve. 

For those who’ve decided to stay we have this to say: Good luck. 

We will be avidly watching and waiting to see your “saving the fandom” project. And Expecting everything you continue to boast about. 

We have seen mass exits 3 times now. We’ve seen your rallying speeches. We’ve seen your changes in procedure and policy. Time and time again.

I was not highlighted in the list of writers that are in the LGBTQ+ community. I won't reveal myself, but I will say that I was not highlighted in the "writers involved minority" thing. Though I identify as Bisexual.

We didn’t highlight anyone on the list, in fact, the image was sent to us that way so we have no idea why those people were highlighted. 

The actual point of that post is that We’ve been stating rikleimt is only focusing on lesbian and bisexual representation when All minorities aren’t interchangeable.

Posting a list isn’t difficult. Reading through thousands of pages of conversations, clicking through artwork, and reading all the world building documents, however, is exhausting.

The point of Rik-Ceipts is literally that rikleimt sounds cool to outsiders when in reality the people involved create a toxic environment and unrealistic expectations.

Rikleimt DOESN’T listen to feedback. 

They DON’T institute any REAL changes that benefit anyone other than the click council. 

The quality of work being promised is non-existent.

That the all inclusive minority representation being boasted?  also non-existent.

Oh man. I didn't realize how bad it was in Rikleimt. Like, I've been pretty low-key and all that. Staying in my lane so i never really noticed the issues. When this blog was brought to light, I was kinda angry with you guys bc I thought that you were just salty people who got kicked out for good reason. But after reading a few things, I started noticing all the shit actually going on. Now I don't know if I should still stay.

We can’t tell you what to do clued on anon. But we can say this.

Some us have been part of the project.

Some of us are still in the project.

Some of us just want to ensure that the toxic environment of Rikleimt is brought to light.

You do what feels safe for you. You leave if you need to leave. Stay if you want to stay. Just know what is happening. Open your eyes. Understand that you are part of it… inadvertently or by choice. That you are actively involved with the project that has literally tore its clexa fans down and spat them out.

I hope you make the right choice by you.

Are there minorities involved in writing minority characters? Rikleimt says there is.

We’ve challenged rikleimt to release their list of writers. 

They didn’t.

So we did.

 The better question would be is there a variety of minorities writing minority characters? 

Minorities are not interchangeable when it comes to representation.

i forgot i signed up for it and then they hit me up about a month ago right when they were in the middle of the "elections." i spent a few days exploring the channels but some of the ideas i thought had to be crack fiction (like why go with the helm of awe when hindus exist in present-day WaDC and ancient norse don't?) it seemed such a disorganized and cliquish mess and no one was actually doing anything productive as far as i could tell? glad i didn't stick around. you're doing good work here
