Swimming in binders tips!!

(22 year old trans masc, I've been binding since I was 14, I took swim classes in highschool while binding, me and my friends would often go to the beach after work and school)

If you can't afford a binder made for swimming in or you don't have any idea where to look/don't like the brands or options here's what I did:

1) make sure your binder is safe! (I used old Gc2b) avoid all around elastic and clip binders

2) if the binder is not made for working out or swimming in, buy it a size or two up,it may not be AS flattening but you'll be so much more comfortable trust me

3) bring a change, don't walk around in a wet binder, not fun, leads to body acne
